We've needed a table for our kitchen since we've moved in. The trick part is that this section of our kitchen in quite small. When I came across this table, I was worried because of the low price. I decided to go ahead and get it. Even if it was poorly made, it would fill the spot until I found something better.NO NEED.It is great! I looks lovely, and feels solid. It was assembled in about a half an hour, and isn't wobbly and nothing is "loose." That's not just because it was assembled properly, that's because it's well designed.The stools fit perfectly in their storage spots. (They aren't in the pictures because my children snatched them up to use in another room.) The drawer is a little stiff, but I expect it will move more easily with use. The height is a little high for regular chairs, but just right for the included stools. And the casters turn smoothly - HOORAY!

Bought This for my small cabin that I live in so have somewhere to sit and eat, it is perfect! It is very easy to assemble only took like an hour, and I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness! 10/10 recommend!

I actually think that this set is bigger than I expected. It is very sharp looking and nice. It's good for a studio or a small space. I got it because when we actually buy a big house I can use it there too. It has wheels and moves around easily even on carpet. The leaf opens up pretty big. The stools are good size for me but I am 5'1. If you are tall and long legged it may be a little uncomfortable. I really like this set because I have such a small apartment and really just wanted back up seating for the occasional get together and a place to set things and occasionally have dinner. I put this together myself it took maybe 2 hours but I am not very handy and was watching my baby. It wasn't too hard but I took off a star because it wasn't easy to assemble either and the glue does suck. I got a separate super glue to glue in little bits.

Perfect fit in my kitchen. I love it. Well packaged. Very easy assemble instructions. Great wood finished.Un-packing and assemble took me 2hrs and 12 minutes. I took some time as I used the provided tool for the screws as my electric screwdriver battery was dead and need recharge.So far Excellent for the price and two people !!!!

This item is a great value, almost totally solid wood and nicely finished. It was pretty easy to assemble, but a few of the holes were not perfectly aligned. Still no big deal. Took about an hour. The stop on the swing leg was not well positioned so we just removed it. It is easy enough to position it correctly. The casters are not high quality, but work. For a studio apartment it works well as a breakfast space and also a space to serve appetizers. Also as a desk surface. It is sturdy enough to use for food prep, but nothing aggressive (like kneading bread.)

My wife and I decided to purchase this unit for an empty breakfast nook in our home, for the price and the included stools, along with the drop-down leaf option. I had an unpleasant experience all the way around with this order. I paid for 2-day delivery in order to have it received and assembled before an event at my home. It arrived on the day I hoped, but not until well after 6pm. I requested a text notice upon delivery and received the text nearly an hour after it arrived. The assembly instructions and wood glue were not included in the packaging so I was not able to use the table for it's intended purpose. I called Amazon CS to have the assembly instructions sent to me, they told me to contact the manufacturer but that Amazon would offer me a $5 credit to compensate (which they still haven't honored). I had to wait all weekend to call Winsome Wood, as they were closed over the weekend. Their website offers no support outside of calling or faxing directly. On Monday morning I spoke to a woman at Winsome with as rude attitude who emailed me the assembly instructions and did not offer anything in regard to the missing wood glue, other than suggesting I go out and buy it myself. So that was my ordering experience, on to the product itself.The product arrived with cosmetic damage to the table top, one support frame, and the towel bar. Not so bad that I'm going to return it, but know that it was blemished on arrival. The holes in the table top were misaligned with the frame, so I had to drill new pilot holes in order to get it to match up. The sides are also misaligned so they are not flush with the table top. The cut of one of the side rails was off, causing one of the drawers to stick and not be able to open or close without banging on it from either side. The assembly is essentially done with pegs and wood screws that use a hex head (I was also missing two screws and provided those out of my own supply). The provided allen wrench will get the job done (in several hours and with wear and tear on your hands and wrist), I highly recommend using a power tool with a hex bit. I don't see how an elderly person or someone with wrist / joint pain could assemble this on their own. It turns out I didn't need the missing wood glue, I just used a rubber mallet to smack the wood plugs into the screw coverings. The tabletop is 33" high when assembled on its casters, the stools are 21" high. I am a 5'6" adult and was reasonably comfortable sitting on the stools, but I could see how taller adults would not be happy sitting with their knees splayed out.All in all the purchase worked out, as the unit fits in the space we wanted and provides extra surface and seating when entertaining, as we intended. I would recommend treating the wood with mineral oil, as the surface seems unfinished. I was unhappy with the packaging, construction and the customer service from Winsome, so I will likely not be ordering a product from them in the future.

overall the appearance of the table set is excellent.the assembly is tricky to get the hinges to stay in place on the swing out leg.as to sturdiness it is a bit on the shaky side when leaf is lifted into place.suggest investing in Allen wrench bits for electric drill or screw driver. screws are a tight fitand to get them into place drive them in halfway, pull out then proceed forward till the sink into wherethey should be. like most composite wood pieces are heavy, but if I can put together from my wheelchair it is possible for most to do.

I just assembled mine and was very impressed with its quality! And it is very beautiful!I super recommend

Love it!! I live in a retirement home and it is exactly what I need. I had no problem putting it together. Directions said it needed two people but if you adapt it can be done with one. Chairs are not intended for large people so be careful. Wheels aren't the best but they do the job. Lost one star for that.

This product is awesome for the money. I use it as a breakfast bar. With the drop leaf lift up, I can set my laptop on it with plenty of work space available. I'm so happy that I purchased this product and its a space saver for small apartments as well.

This is the second table and stool combination I have purchased. The first one was NOT from the same company and it turned out to be a huge disappointment because it was flimsy and basically fell apart in the first week. This new one is much more substantial and sturdy. Very happy with this one.

Nice little unit for the price. Great for a small apartment. Assembly was easy, but pay attention to the instructions. Would recommend it.
