14" Regular Dumbbell Handles | Multiple Options

I purchased the threaded pair of these CAP Barbell handles as an extra addition to my home gym. I already have a full setup, but I only had one pair of bars, and I was constantly removing and swapping weight plates between exercises. I wanted something practical so I could keep another set ready to go without constantly adjusting weights and these were exactly what I needed. They’re compact and don’t take up much space at all, which is ideal even if you already have multiple pieces of equipment. The 14-inch size is just right: easy to handle, comfortable, and very functional. The threading is smooth but secure, making plate changes quick and simple. They feel solid, well-made, and nicely finished. I genuinely love them and I’m already considering ordering another pair for even more versatility in my workouts. If you’re looking for a practical and well-built addition to your weight set, these are a great choice.

These are really good quality and they feel great when holding them. Putting on the spinning weight stopper things go on easily and they STAY on which I was having issues on my old set. They really are a great value. I don’t regret buying these and I highly recommend them.

These look and feel great, much nicer than my older CAP handles. The collars thread very smoothly on and off making it easy to change plates. They weight exactly 3.5 lbs as stated the product page. The only issue so far is a little of the black paint has flaked off.

They seem sturdy and fit exactly what I needed them for, however right out of the box the black coating was already chipped off. Everytime I use them a little bit more comes off. Doesn't effect functionality but would be nice if the coating was sealed or applied better.

These dumbbell handles are top quality. They’re solid, and the collars glide on and off quickly. What more can you ask for? I’m glad I bought this brand.

Dumbells are good. Black coating not so much. During first use, the black coating starting chipping off and showing some rust on the threads. Handle portion is fine but the threads aren’t looking to great. They are solid and nuts do hold securely. They weight right at 3lbs each and are a good value for the price. I would get the chrome if I had to do it again.

I have 3 sets of these dumbbell handles and am happy with them. They weigh about 3lb. each and are solid. I've used them with a variety of plates, including fractional plates, and all fit perfectly. I've found some of the spin lock handles to not fit my fractional plates, so I'm happy that these fit all the plates I've tried. I use Ironmind Bulldog II collars (with 2 set screws) for the heavier loads, as those collars really bite into the dumbbell, but I've also purchased some 1 1/16" collars with a set screw here on Amazon and they work great too. The latter are about $20-$25 for a set of 4 collars and are a great option compared to the small spring clip collars that tend to slip. I am definitely happy with these dumbbell handles and I've also found that thick grip handles (many available here on Amazon) fit these too, enabling me to make a 2" or even 3" diameter handle. Overall, I would recommend these dumbbell handles to anyone looking for some solid handles at a good price point.

Great value, like the Spin locks,come with Rubber washers to seal Against the plates.

Apauling product. Sharp pieces splinter off whilst holding rendering this absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. Do not recommend. Don't buy unless you plan on spending your time picking metal splinters out of your hands. Not happy at all.

Excelente compra quede muy satisfecho con este par de mancuernas a un súper precio, cada una pesa 1.5kg tienen pequeños detalles en la pintura pero nada grave.Sin duda los volvería a comprar.

Awesome because I can fit 2 thick sand weights in there. These are a great deal! I love twist locks; better than red plastic stuff that I can pull out with my hands. Wear gloves or maybe file it down?
