I was very dubious about trying this because I have had chronic pain for yrs. & you see so many things that claim to perform miracles. I've tried all the herbal & vitamin supplements that are supposed to help with pain, but have really never seen any difference while taking them. I'm really surprised that this has made such a big difference in my pain levels in such a short amount of time....within a couple of wks.! I never thought this would work, but it has. I'm not completely pain free, but it is so much better; it's hard to believe. The tablets are huge & for me, hard to swallow, but that's another problem I have. I don't know what they mean by "stretch" in the ratings, so I didn't rate that. But it has definitely helped with the pain levels, just like it says in the information.
