Right size, read instructions
I have arthritis in knees and hands. This chair is great for outdoor comfort. Right height of seat and arm rests for easy sit down and standup. Shoulder strap makes carry easy for the weight of the chair. Read instructions carefully settings it up and take down can be a challenge.

Camp Chair
This is our third chair from this company that is a compact folding camp chair. Our first one was stolen on a trip last week. The good news is that Amazon still had them. Apparently the manufacturer has discontinued the compact model. This chair is comfortable, with a higher back than our other chairs. I took one star of because this chair is difficult to fold. The others fold like the video, but this one has to be fiddled with to get it folded. My husband gets impatient, so I am the official folder. Also, we ended up cutting off that shoulder strap. It would just sit in the dirt while set up. The video and picture shows the strap up on the frame but those cross straps are not even there to place it on. I ended up sewng a carrying case out of canvas like the older model has. The fabric is plastic coated on the back, not sure if it will hold up

Great chair if you cut off the straps
Bought a set of these chairs based on how compact they are when folded. Just what we needed for our little 2-seater convertible. They are surprisingly comfortable and are definitely sturdy. I read in the reviews that they're heavier than they look - and that is true, but along with that comes a very sturdy chair. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the carrying strap. The strap was always in the way and sometimes prevented the chair from telescoping shut. My solution was to cut the straps off. Now, there's no way to carry the chairs over your shoulder, but I never did anyway. Without the strap, the chairs are much more user friendly.

Big guys don't cry or fall
This is a very sturdy chair. My doctors say I weigh 257 so I don't need most folding chairs. This is about as small and light as any chair I've seen plus it holds me well. The fabric doesn't stretch - that's good. This is my new camp chair ready for 10,000 miles this summer from Atlantic City to San Francisco. Hopefully, I from return this summer road trip.

Easy to get out of but hard to fold up for carrying.
Impossible to fully fold back to convenient carrying size; so, the shoulder strap is useless. The chair weighs at least 10 Lbs, as opposed to the 9 Lbs as listed (The simple shipping box indicated 11 Lbs.). However, the short seat and 90° sitting angle make it very easy to get out of for a person with aging/arthritic joints.

Awesome chair with one minor flaw.
This chair is great. I can’t stand the normal camp chairs. They’re just uncomfortable. This chair strapped to the back of my motorcycle perfectly. Normal seat height with rigid armrests. and no poles pushing your legs together. I’m about 250 Lbs, so that had me worried. I sit gently, don’t just plop myself into it. So far it hasn’t made me question its durability. The only flaw is that most of the time when folding it up, it’s hard to get stuff aligned properly for it to pack down. It always works but takes a little fidgeting before the poles will slide into the other ones. This is a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise awesome camp chair.

I would recommend these for RV'ers.
Purchased two of these chairs and I love them for our RV. They don't take too much room and they are comfortable. The only problem is they are sometimes hard to collapse. I have two of the smaller style collapsible chairs by GCI outdoor and i don't have any problem collapsing those. They cost twice as much so the decision is yours.

Compact but Heavy
Solid construction, rugged even. Perhaps too rugged? They are very heavy, as they are made of steel. One can't help but wonder if appropriate aluminium wouldn't be better as a frame. But compact and sturdy.

Great chair if only it was durable.
Bought this for work as I am in film as I was tired of buying $20 chairs that lasted only a month of use. We are in studio and on locations, from mud, grass, pavement, whatever. Lasted only 8 months and the bottom bracket pipe that connects to the x bracket broke off from it's welding. This is from using this chair 5 days a week of solid use for 5 months. I had a break and used it again on the first day of a show and it finally broke. I'm very disappointed, maybe it was defective to begin with but I expected this to last much longer for the price and supposed quality. I'm going through the warranty process. I'll update this once it is complete and review my thoughts on their warranty process as well. While it was working, this chair was surprisingly comfortable. Having it compact was a blessing as well. I just wished it was more durable.UPDATE: I went through the warranty process and was happy with their service. Their customer service I would say is great. However, the replacement chair is showing signs again of failure. The chair is getting harder to collapse. It hasn't structurally failed yet but we'll see how long this lasts as they tell me they tweaked the design since the first one I got. I don't see the difference but hopefully it will be more durable than the last.2nd Update: Chair no longer collapses again because the section where the leg is fed through the bottom half are no longer aligned. This is unacceptable for a chair to not properly function after 5 months... I spoke with GCI again but I’d like to speak with the seller on amazon somehow to get a solution. I don’t understand how GCI outdoors in the states does not know who is selling under their name in Canada on amazon. Stay away from this product.

Heavy but that's a good thing
Bought 2 of thesr for my father, he loves them. They are very solid but that makes them heavy and bulky. It's worth it imo

pas certain que aussi pratique que semble et beaucoup plus gros.
Les images cachent que le bas de la chaise est plus long et dans la description , on parle de se plie grandeur portable, je dirais le double d'un portable.
