I was skeptical about this product But I have been having severe leg cramps in the evening that left me hobbling around in the morning. I decided to try it and when I received it I sprayed a little bit on my leg but it instantly burned slightly and I wiped it off. The instructions did say that that might happen so I wasn’t overly concerned. This evening 11/7/20 at 3:00 am my right leg cramped up horrible and I was in horrific pain. I hobbled to the bathroom and I remembered about the burning sensation so I decided to take a wet paper towel and spray it on the wet paper towel and then rub it on my leg. I massaged it in and oh my god the pain went away. It’s been about an hour now and I’m relaxing in my bed and I actually feel better than I had before - my leg has a wonderful relaxed happy feeling - I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. I have been having such horrific Charlie horse pains, sometimes in my calf sometime starting at the bottom of my foot and working its way up. I will now have relief from this horrific pain. This product is a miracle product - I didn’t know I was low on magnesium but I took a chance because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I looked up Charlie horses on Google and low magnesium came up as a possible reason for them. I was worried about taking it orally - I was afraid that it might interfere with my other electrolytes or minerals. I’m very skeptical about taking oral supplements because they affect other parts of your body that I may not be aware of. I have to be careful because I am on chemotherapy, tamoxifen. I also have psoriasis which recently returned due to some severe stress that I’m under going. I wish this product would help with the psoriasis but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Anyway, I truly highly highly recommend this product and I would suggest that you try spraying it on a wet paper towel or gauze pad & applying it that way because that decreases the concentration of the product. Maybe later on when I get more used to it I can spray it on directly. One thing I did have trouble getting it to start spraying and I thought it was a defective spray device but after about a few minutes of constant spring action it finally started to come out. I gave it one star for flavor because to my understanding this is not a product that you eat or drink it’s a product that you spray on your body so I don’t know what flavor would have to do with it. I didn’t notice the scent I think it’s unscented, and that’s fine that’s what I prefer. I am a nurse & I thoroughly researched this product, and I am certain that this product will not have any ill affects because it’s something that sprayed on and even though it’s absorbed, it’s a product that your body needs and may not have enough of when you’re over 50. I did read that too much MG upsets your body balance so I would suggest that you didn’t overly spray a large part of your body, but that’s only my personal opinion I do not know what the manufacturer says on the subject. I am glad I tried this product, I have suffered for so long, I don’t know why I waited so long to research and find a cure for myself. I recommend this product highly and if you have Charlie horses at night you better order this product and you will be shocked by the wonderful results. I am amazed at these results- I can’t believe that it worked so quickly and effortlessly. I’m sitting here in amazement wondering why I waited so long to try it. I read the other wonderful reviews before I tried it, and I was hopeful but I didn’t really believe it. I am now a true believer, & if you suffer with muscle pain & cramps you will love this product.

I have tested this for about a month and I must say that it works very effectively for me! I have extremely sensitive skin, but this does not cause me any discomfort at all. My background: Before using this magnesium oil, I had never taken any magnesium supplements, but I've had constant cramps and muscle aches. Other issues I had were constant fatigue, dizziness and heart palpitations. Visits to the doctor did not help and their checks turned out normal. I did not have my blood tested for nutrient levels, nor was I advised to do so or to take any supplements. After my cramps and aches reached an unbearable state (I passed out from the pain of a full body cramp), I decided to do my own research. I chanced upon this product and decided to give it a try due to the many reviews about the great customer service. I will be summarizing my experiences with this product below. Notes: I apply a pump on the sole of each foot and rub it in before going to sleep at night. I am 85lb and react very quickly to any substances that I come into contact with. My experiences: 1. 5 minutes after application, I feel the blood pulsing through my feet. According to the information provided, this is an indicator of magnesium deficiency. 2. 10 minutes after application, my cramps stop entirely and I am generally pain free for the next 20 hours or more. I re-apply whenever the cramps hit me, and they subside in about 5 minutes. 3. I am less achy generally. It could be due to less cramps, or the fact that I'm on vacation after graduation. I have definitely noticed that my usually tight and tense muscles are more relaxed now. 4. It helps with my insomnia. I usually take about 4 hours to fall asleep, if not more.. I now take about 30 minutes to under 2 hours to fall asleep. Again, this could be due to less stress and pain. 5. It relieves muscle aches from exercise very quickly. It reduces my recovery time from walking too much (don't judge me...) from about three to five days to an overnight recovery. 6. It has helped to balance my hormones and improve my mood. I was in a near constant state of depression, and I as well as the people around me have noticed the changes in my mood. 7. It seems to have helped with my health in general. I was always rather sickly, especially after the cramping in my body started. I am now feeling much better overall and having less issues with PMS and falling sick around the time of the month. I am also no longer dizzy, fatigued and have fewer episodes of heart palpitations. Although # 3, 4, 6 and 7 could be due to other factors, the application of this magnesium oil directly affects the issues I mentioned in # 1 and 5. There are only a few issues with this product, and I'm really nitpicking here: 1. The magnesium oil leaves a tacky residue so if I don't wear socks or slippers, my feet will pick up anything that is on the ground. 2. Even though my skin isn't sensitive to the product, I only apply it to my soles as there is a slight metallic smell that is not to my liking. However, I must note here that I am extremely sensitive to scents. Other family members who have tried it do not have an issue with the smell at all. 3. The pump is a little stiff, and it sometimes takes me a few tries to get a spray out of the bottle if I'm not holding it just right. It could be due to the viscosity of the product, and I have really small hands so that could be the issue as well. Overall, this is a great product, I have been recommending this to my family members who have similar problems, and it has helped them as well. :) P.S. Seven Minerals does really have great customer service. I received an email with an information packet about the product shortly after my purchase, and a follow up email after from the customer service to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Two thumbs up!

Mes conclusions au bout de 19 jours d'utilisation : 1- Un grand allié du sommeil => cela faisait plus de dix ans que je n'avais pas dormi comme je dors à présent (sans interruption et plus de douze heures d'affilées, le we). 2- Plus efficace que tout gel froid ou autre permettant de calmer le syndrome des jambes sans repos => j'ai ce syndrome depuis l'enfance, alors je suis plus qu'affirmative sur l'efficacité. 3- J'ai retrouvé une forme globale correcte, mais surtout une sérénité perdue depuis longtemps. Bref, je suis extrêmement satisfaite. Attention toutefois : au début, je dirais les 4-5 premiers jours, vous n'allez pas apprécier la rugosité engendrée (comme lorsque l'on revient de la mer sans s'être douché à l'eau douce rapidement). Mais en toute sincérité, on s'y habitue (au pire, si ma mémoire est bonne, il y a une version de ce produit avec de l'aloé vera. Vous allez recevoir la notice par mail, dès réception du spray et tout est très très bien expliqué.

Lo compre para poder conciliar el sueño junto a aceite de lavanda y de manzanilla romana y de momento va funcionando a medias porque duermo profundamente la ptimers etapa de sueño pero a las 4 - 5 de la mañana me desvelo. La verdad es q me estoy acostando muy prontito intentaré aplicarmelo justo antes de acostarme y no dedpues de la ducha .

Me gustó mucho, los dolores leves de piernas y cuello se quitaron rápido, la calidad del sueño mejoró desde la primera vez, altamente recomendable
