Great product I bought it to help me sleep. The third night I used it I slept thru the night. In the morning, I apply lotion to my feet to combat the dryness and not work great.

I was skeptical about this product But I have been having severe leg cramps in the evening that left me hobbling around in the morning. I decided to try it and when I received it I sprayed a little bit on my leg but it instantly burned slightly and I wiped it off. The instructions did say that that might happen so I wasn’t overly concerned. This evening 11/7/20 at 3:00 am my right leg cramped up horrible and I was in horrific pain. I hobbled to the bathroom and I remembered about the burning sensation so I decided to take a wet paper towel and spray it on the wet paper towel and then rub it on my leg. I massaged it in and oh my god the pain went away. It’s been about an hour now and I’m relaxing in my bed and I actually feel better than I had before - my leg has a wonderful relaxed happy feeling - I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. I have been having such horrific Charlie horse pains, sometimes in my calf sometime starting at the bottom of my foot and working its way up. I will now have relief from this horrific pain. This product is a miracle product - I didn’t know I was low on magnesium but I took a chance because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I looked up Charlie horses on Google and low magnesium came up as a possible reason for them. I was worried about taking it orally - I was afraid that it might interfere with my other electrolytes or minerals. I’m very skeptical about taking oral supplements because they affect other parts of your body that I may not be aware of. I have to be careful because I am on chemotherapy, tamoxifen. I also have psoriasis which recently returned due to some severe stress that I’m under going. I wish this product would help with the psoriasis but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Anyway, I truly highly highly recommend this product and I would suggest that you try spraying it on a wet paper towel or gauze pad & applying it that way because that decreases the concentration of the product. Maybe later on when I get more used to it I can spray it on directly. One thing I did have trouble getting it to start spraying and I thought it was a defective spray device but after about a few minutes of constant spring action it finally started to come out. I gave it one star for flavor because to my understanding this is not a product that you eat or drink it’s a product that you spray on your body so I don’t know what flavor would have to do with it. I didn’t notice the scent I think it’s unscented, and that’s fine that’s what I prefer. I am a nurse & I thoroughly researched this product, and I am certain that this product will not have any ill affects because it’s something that sprayed on and even though it’s absorbed, it’s a product that your body needs and may not have enough of when you’re over 50. I did read that too much MG upsets your body balance so I would suggest that you didn’t overly spray a large part of your body, but that’s only my personal opinion I do not know what the manufacturer says on the subject. I am glad I tried this product, I have suffered for so long, I don’t know why I waited so long to research and find a cure for myself. I recommend this product highly and if you have Charlie horses at night you better order this product and you will be shocked by the wonderful results. I am amazed at these results- I can’t believe that it worked so quickly and effortlessly. I’m sitting here in amazement wondering why I waited so long to try it. I read the other wonderful reviews before I tried it, and I was hopeful but I didn’t really believe it. I am now a true believer, & if you suffer with muscle pain & cramps you will love this product.

I've used this for a week so far and here's what I've noticed: 1. I have a bit of pain in my left ankle that started a few months ago. Not too sure how or why it started. I began to spray the magnesium oil on it, hoping it would go entirely away, it hasn't...although the pain has definitely lessened. And on some days it's completely gone. 2. On that same foot, years ago I ended up with a pain in my big toe & ball of my foot. It started after taking a walk in high heels & never left. Started spraying the oil on it, and for the most part that pain/annoyance is completely gone. (yay!) 3. Small psoriasis patch on scalp. I have this weird shrinking patch of psoriasis on my scalp, that whenever I eliminate something in my diet it would disappear, then come back but smaller. (I'm now gluten free, grain free & (mostly) dairy free). When I added in Vitamin D, it again disappeared, but came back even smaller, & the same thing happened with adding in iodine. I began spraying the oil on my scalp, and massaging it in as well as I can at night about a half-hour before I take a shower. For the first 4-5 days, wooooie! this stuff can sting! (on the back of my scalp where the psoriasis is is the ONLY place it did sting--rest of my body was okay) But, as of this morning, it seems the psoriasis is gone. (crosses fingers) Just hope this is the last in a long line of changes I've had to make to remove this from my body for good. 4. I also have tinnitus in my left ear, been there forever, don't even know when it started. I had read about adding more magnesium to the diet that it could calm it or even have it go away. I've sprayed this near my ear, rubbed it in, but can't say there has been any change. The only thing that ever really helped make it a bit quieter was removing grains & gluten from the diet--I just would like it to be quieter, or even just go away. 5. This does work for headaches, but not right away. Used this earlier this week on a splitting headache I had. It took about 20-30 minutes before I began to feel relief. I'd rather use something natural than always use ibuprofen, so this might be a good alternative 6. I began having my husband spray this on his feet at night & wear socks to bed. The bottom of his feet are really gross. Yellow, a bit scaly, almost. After two nights of this, I can definitely tell there's a marked difference in how his feet look. It's working miracles there. One thing I'm hoping for is no cramps--or at least less painful ones during my period so I'm not gobbling up even more ibuprofen. Hoping this is the miracle to make them much more tolerable than what they are now. I shall continue to purchase this, even if it's not the miracle I had really hoped for, It really does help, just not cures like I had hoped.

I love this spray but did additional research on use aside from the insert or reviews. I spray on a different spot each use. My feet, neck, thighs, underarms, etc as I too had the dry peeling feet thing happen and the burning sensation when applied to the same area continually. Adding lotion or moisture to the area that you apply it on will also help with irritation or combating dry spots. It does not put me to sleep but it does help me to stay asleep through the night. It also helps with pain relief and muscle spasm. The itchy feeling subsides with use. Give it a chance you may come to love it as I have!!

This product is dry and leaves a white film on my skin. It’s fine to use when going to bed but make sure you rinse off the film prior to going in public. I can’t determine if it has helped or not. It wasn’t noticeable. I don’t think I would purchase this again.

Mes conclusions au bout de 19 jours d'utilisation : 1- Un grand allié du sommeil => cela faisait plus de dix ans que je n'avais pas dormi comme je dors à présent (sans interruption et plus de douze heures d'affilées, le we). 2- Plus efficace que tout gel froid ou autre permettant de calmer le syndrome des jambes sans repos => j'ai ce syndrome depuis l'enfance, alors je suis plus qu'affirmative sur l'efficacité. 3- J'ai retrouvé une forme globale correcte, mais surtout une sérénité perdue depuis longtemps. Bref, je suis extrêmement satisfaite. Attention toutefois : au début, je dirais les 4-5 premiers jours, vous n'allez pas apprécier la rugosité engendrée (comme lorsque l'on revient de la mer sans s'être douché à l'eau douce rapidement). Mais en toute sincérité, on s'y habitue (au pire, si ma mémoire est bonne, il y a une version de ce produit avec de l'aloé vera. Vous allez recevoir la notice par mail, dès réception du spray et tout est très très bien expliqué.

Lo compre para poder conciliar el sueño junto a aceite de lavanda y de manzanilla romana y de momento va funcionando a medias porque duermo profundamente la ptimers etapa de sueño pero a las 4 - 5 de la mañana me desvelo. La verdad es q me estoy acostando muy prontito intentaré aplicarmelo justo antes de acostarme y no dedpues de la ducha .
