Easy to use and easy to track calories
I think this is a little gem. Pages are all secure in the book and easy to read. I find myself looking forward to writing in this. Only recommendation to give this journal an “upgrade,” would be to add a plastic pencil pouch sleeve over it. This way the cover says in good condition and waterproof it but you can also keep pencil/pen and measuring tape in it. Just a suggestion 🙂🙃

Perfect!
Perfect little 90 day journal!One page has all the days numbered by the week so I can put a smiley sticker at the end of each day.Every 30 days there is a chart to remeasure and weigh.At the end there is a page to compare starting and ending weight and measurements.Each day has everything you would want to track so simply laid out visually.Including:DateMealsCalories, fat, protein, fiberWeightSleepWaterExerciseMeal timingOverall mood for the dayI love it!

Perfect little book
WHAT YOU SEE IS ALL OF THE PAGES!.. What you see in the back of the book is pretty much all of the pages plus one 'NOTE' page in the back for notes.. You can update your progress every 30 days... I dont and will not be using some of the middle section such as weighing myself every day and calorie counting ect. But thats my choice to do so and that's ok I will not take away stars for that lol.. I only wish that they had a little 'NOTE' section in everyday pages instead of just one page dedicated to notes (which is all the way in the back btw)..10/10 recommend and will buy it agian..P.S I love this workout app.. you can adjust the workouts to your liking and keep track of how much calories your burning (estimated) and your weight loss progress..

Would definitely recommend this journal
This is a great little journal. I haven't had it for long but already I have discovered many cool things about it.Pros:enough room to really write what I ate.Place for sleep - I have a garmin which tracks this for me, so I can be precise.Place to indicate time that I eat and exercise...I like that in the front of the book it has a place where you put your measurements and list your goals...Cons:None really, it could be smaller but then I'd have a hard time writing all that I ate with detail... and I'm not sure I'll really use the calorie count and break down of macros section - but it isn't like that is a huge part of the page anyway.So, as you can see for my purposes, this is a nice journal to help me stay focused on eating responsibly and motivate me to put down some exercise or activity each day...

Great tool for tracking
I'm not a fan of most the apps I've tried using for tracking daily activities and diet. This works a lot better for me and makes it easier to refer back to a specific day/week if I want to plan a menu based on a something that worked well. I also like that there's a place to record measurements, which was something I had to journal when the app I used didn't offer it. My only complaint would be that the paper is very thin. Most of my pens I've tried bleed or show through.

Great tracker for food and exercise.
I bought this to start my 2019 off right by tracking my food, exercise and water all in one place. I haven't experienced pages falling out at all and the tracker came exactly as pictured on Amazon. The pages are not super thick so if you used a pen that bleeds it would seep through, but with a normal pen I've had no issues. Every 30 days you are able to write down your measurements to see where your you are in your fitness journey. I don't use for the calorie/fiber/protein tracking but it's great that those options are available if you are looking to track those things also. I would definitely buy again once the 90 days are up!

Perfect Tracker!
I love this. It is only for 3 months. You write your own date and pick the corresponding date at the top - so you can start whenever you like. It goes Day 1, Day 2, etc. So can start at any month and continue on without it stopping at 30 days. Has a spot for you to weigh yourself everyday, which is what I was looking for. Great paper quality, able to write with a pen without leaking through. Able to write exercise, goals, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, select your mood, write your Weight, BMI, etc.

I love the outline on the pages and how they space out measurement days. The first page with the days in circles is amazing to look back on for progress as well. This journal made me realize I am happier after days I eat healthier since it also has you log your mood.However,ATTN PUBLISHERS,Can you please make more options for covers? I want something a little more discreet 🙂. Maybe a plain black cover with Get Fit Notebooks in small print would be nice. The inside is absolutely perfect though. The woman in the measurements pages is my goal shape!

Records everything you need.
Does everything I need. Just wish it was spiral bound it’s awkward to lie flat on the worktop ready to record your food and in a small kitchen takes up space. Would have willingly paid more. However I’m really pleased I bought it, it has space to record everything (and stuff I never thought of!)

Great fitness journal, records everything I need and more. Paper is poor quality as others have said but doesn't really affect its usefulness.

A good way to keep track of your food and exercise
The book allowed for entries for up to 90 days. It is a great way to keep on track and the intermittent pages for measuring helps to see your progress (or not). It is a simple format to follow, but the section for recording food could be better laid out.

Motivational!
The option to put your measurements in really keeps you motivated so even if the lbs aren’t coming off you can see the inches changing. Only suggestion would be putting in a water counter, rather than just a single box, I ended up filling that box in with pencil so I could rub it out again!
