used half of this with 10 lbs of ground venison + 2 lbs ground pork and made an awesome 12 lb batch of Hot Italian sausage, could not be any easier to use, or taste better. perfect for my needs and the end results are awesome.

Made deer brats they were awesome great flavor would recommend for anyone to try with any meat definitely use pork instead of beef though lol.

The Kielbasa season has a little more pepper than I was expecting, but all in all the measurements per pound is spot on for me. The flavor is what I was expecting. I made 10lbs total and plan on smoking half.

I did a batch with pork and 20% venison. The flavor turned out well. Used a Belgian beer as a binder and it turned out well. Only thing, is I thought it was a little salty. But not bad.

This was my first attempt at elk sausage that didn't need curing and I was not disappointed. Excellent flavor. I cooked only a few the first time to see how they came out and the family almost had them eaten up before I got a bite.Now that I know how good they are I'm going to make a 20lb batch.

We made up a full twenty pounds, using pork bottom. Everyone loves it!

Great flavor

I mix a 25lb seasoning pack with 20 lbs pork and it's a much better brat than anything else I've tried.
