Trampoline
Was quiet the job too set up, instructions are instructions but they make no sense and it’s REALLY hard too put this together honestly, and it’s an amazing product once it’s put together properly. Pay attention too the size trampoline that you are searching for. This is more of a 2 person trampoline size realistically, but I have 4 kids under 11 and they all do play on the trampoline, they are just careful. I could have gotten a bigger one, but this fit in the space I had. And it definitely bounces, tested by yours truly. It looks exactly as the picture as well. Worth it when you are purchasing knowing exactly what you’re looking for.

We love it
We haven't had this thing a full month yet, but so far I have raved about it to family and friends. We went with the 16ft, and even though I had seen multiple bad reviews, I decided to try it for myself. Let me tell you, this thing is HUGE! We fit four adults and three toddlers on it (We weren't all jumping on it and everyone is small so I doubt we hit the weight limit). It is super easy to put together, and that was one thing I saw everyone complaining about. Between me and my husband, it maybe took us an hour - an hour and a half at the most. The net feels thick and sturdy and the zipper seems like it should hold up well. We went ahead and bought anchors and anchored this thing down from day one. I feel like with the size and the net, it would get swept away very easily, especially during the Oklahoma storm seasons! I would recommend a ladder or a slide right off the bat, and one of those pocket things for shoes and phones :) Pros: Trampoline was easy to install, had all tools available and the directions were easy to follow for the most part, few hiccups but we managed. It is so big that everyone can fit on it and enjoy it! Mat is very thick, and frame is pretty heavy so I am hopeful that the trampoline should hold up well! The spring covers seem to be very thick almost like a leather, so I am hopeful that it will hold up and not be weathered easily. Cons: Trampoline was hard to flip over with how big and heavy it is. We managed with two people but it is kind of difficult. The directions had a few hiccups and were unclear a couple of times, but we managed. The tops of the poles that hold the net up seem like they should be more heavy duty though. They are very cheap plastic and they don't pop into the poles, they fit very loosely in the holes which doesn't seem hopeful. They haven't popped out or given us any problem so far but I do have a feeling that they will. The net clips on with these super cheap clips, and so far we have had to continuously clip the things back in multiple times in certain spots. The clips that have given us the worst problems were already bent up when we first opened the net, so that could be why. So all in all, trampoline is worth the money, but I would recommend an after market net so that you wont have to replace the net multiple times. I feel like the net would hold up a lot longer if the company put better clips on the bottom of it, better clips for the top straps, and maybe if the plastic caps were a little more fitted to the tops of the poles.

Great buy on sale
First off- I got this trampoline on sale for $350 so it was a phenomenal buy. The setup was very physically demanding but not all that complicated, I had this up in 2 1/2 hours by myself. There have been a few annoyances however: 1. The order took several months to get to my door, which is just completely bizarre. I even got cancellation emails citing that the order had been open and unfulfilled for so long, then confirmation emails from amazon just weeks later. However once the order was actually shipped it took just days to deliver. 2. The day after I set up the trampoline I noticed that one of the 2 welds on the holster for the net pipes had snapped which caused the pipe to lean and will probably snap the second weld shortly. I will be contacting the company for a replacement today. Other that the incredibly annoying delay on the order and the snapped weld this setup is solid, it looks great and my kids have spent more time playing on this thing than they have doing anything else. I've got 3, 4 and 5 year old boys who are obsessed with the trampoline. I also bought a $70 ladder (3 step; very stable) ladder to attach to this thing so that they can access it whenever they want. That combo is phenomenal. **FYI- the description say no more that 250 lbs should be on the trampoline but I have a feeling this thing could handle a lot more than that.

Toddler fun
I bought this for my grandchildren age 2 and 4 and have had it about 6 months. My grandchildren absolutely love it. It would be great to have a little step stool but I will add that. I put it together myself in about 2 hrs. You will need to lay out all the parts, and will need a step ladder to put in the rubber stops that hold the netting on the very top. You do need to be pretty strong to put in the trampoline mat but the tool they provide works great. Very nice quality. I would purchase again. The wind will pick this up and blow it around the yard on stormy days so I purchased the spiral rod tie outs that you use for dogs, and straps at local Walmart (2.98) and were less expensive than Trampoline ties that are 80.00 and they work great.

This is a great trampoline for young families. Our two little girls are having a blast with it. It arrived in one box and it only took a couple hours to set up. It's a quality product and it doesn't take up as much space outside as some of the larger trampolines so it's ideal if you don't have a lot of outdoor space to spare. It also has a very good weight limit of over 300 pounds which I noticed is not so common with other trampolines in this category. We're very happy with it and we feel our little girls are safe inside with the well designed safety net. Upper Bounce has very good customer service as well. This is a great purchase!

This trampoline is a great, solid bit of kit. Unlike others, ours came with everything (except a "push button" - detailed in the instructions but nowhere to be seen and not sure what it was meant to do). Although a littlele pricy, it's far more sturdy than the previous trampoline that we had. It's much heavier and made from stronger and - I assume more durable - materials. The manual for setting the trampoline up is good on the whole - photos accompanying (or instead of) diagrams might have helped. Also, it's one of those annoying 'one booklet for every product in our range' arrangements, so you have to navigate through the bits you don't need to do and parts you should/shouldn't have. Maybe I'm too idealistic but I think this should have come with a weather protection cover, a ladder and an anchor kit. Whilst not essential for everyone, I'm sure most buyers with use them. Prepare to find another £50-£70 for these accessories. The manual offers a 15% discount on these accessories if you buy directly from Upper Bounce, but they're based in the US, some of the accessories for the 10ft trampoline are sold out, and the postage is prohibitive. Also note, that because it is very sturdy the netting takes a good amount of time to put up - but you only appear to be able to get weather resistant covers for when the netting and upper poles are down. So I'm still trying to figure out the best way to cover this to protect it from daily UK rain. So, 4* because the trampoline itself is great; very sturdy, easy (relatively speaking) to construct and a well thought through design. Losing that fifth star because accessory wise, this leaves a little to be desired.
