Sizing not correct
I ordered this for my husband, and used their sizing guide. It was way too big. When I returned it they charged me a 10% restocking fee. Not my fault it was wrong. Will not order from them again...

Excellent product but beware restock fee
These braces are great but if you get the wrong size be prepared to get charged a 20% restocking fee (about $6) when you exchange for a new size.
