I purchased this to use with my DHK Maximus. Installation was simple, all of the connectors were pretty self-explanatory, but man this thing sounds bad. REALLY bad. It has a loud buzzing sound like it has a bad ground wire and when I accelerated it didn't adjust the sound. It detected startup and braking, but the change in sound was hardly noticeable when I floored it. I would pass on this one.

This item was very poor quality low sound and it's more of a novelty thing unusable it'll probably sit in a box in my garage and till I give it away or throw it away I will never buy anything close to this brand or item ever again.

Axial Wraith idles and screeches in forward trigger pull. Engine revving noise in reverse pull. Seems like it was programmed backwards.

Total junk didn't work the sound quality is very poor if not you can't hear it at all doesn't come with instructions and for the most part the only thing it's good for is the trash meeting to come and take it away

I use on traxxas trx4 and looks good

Funny thing - I knew it was going to be BS. 😆Plug it in and it makes noise like a car starting up and idling....but nothing more.I thought it would Rev up when I hit the trigger....but it was a dud of a gimmick.It's probably in a landfill by now. 😆 🤣 😂

Too bad, I just open the package that I bought last november and the connection was broken;-(. What can we do in this particular case?Thx. Oliver ;-)

It is very good for the price but i cannot make it stay to the sound that i want... Any tips?

I bought this for my axial scx2 but the sound where in reverse forward brake noise , reverse engine revs . So I plugged it into my Traxxas E-Maxx and it works fine , assuming it’s not compatible with Axial. Couple of the sounds are ok .
