Am I reading it correctly that extra bags sell for $10 a piece ?

Not always, price depends upon size. For the Small Charcuterie, each bag is under $4. For the Ribeye/Striploin, yes, around $10/bag. This adds about fifty cents/pound, whereas, store bought dry aged steak costs 40-65% more than "wet aged."

Is the power supply on the vacuum universal (110-220v)?
