How is it a wind chime if it doesn't make any sound??

Mine does not make any sound. It just changes color. It's pretty but saying it's a wind chime is a misrepresentation.

The seller's response "I am very sorry that it is not a sound wind chime, it is a solar wind chime" does not make any sense whatsoever! A chime makes a sound. A chime is not silent. You're trying to justify this being represented inaccurately. You should look up the meaning of the word chime in the English dictionary. whether it is a verb or a noun, there is a sound involved. Perhaps there should be a silent wind gong that never makes a sound because it is a "Solar Gong" and by your definition therefore silent with no gong sound. Preposterous!

No sound. The "wind chime" just refers to the design. They are, however, very pretty and colorful.
