Amazing book
I am constantly under a lot of fear since I am a mother of two, so this book has really helped me. It demonstrates with facts and studies how the brain plays a huge role in our fears. I always thought that the factors were mostly external or linked to our childhood, but this book shows you how the brain can also trigger these negative emotions. I enjoyed training my brain by applying the different techniques taught in the book. I will use these techniques once a week, from now on, in order to refresh my mind, which is fantastic, as I truly believe that I need an emotional break from time to time.

A very fascinating read!!
This book teaches why after leading a normal life, all of a sudden, become illogical and behave in a way that is not considered normal. Even through this book, we'll know how different people become susceptible to different triggers and also what to be done to render those triggers of impotent. In case you're searching for a dynamic instrument or strategy for taking care of your on edge sentiments, I exceedingly recommend reading through all of the books and implements the tips and strategies of it.

Great book.!!
It really works. You have to be serious about applying the techniques provided to feel the real gain and to get rid of anxiety and depression. A wonderful stranger/friend of mine taught me years ago that the only way out of the anxiety tunnel is to march right on through it. This book goes right along with that theory and forces you to face your fears and move past them.I recommend for anyone with anxiety.

Science-Based Anxiety Cure
In this day and age, anxiety is one of our biggest problems in society. Jeffrey Holloway does an excellent job of explaining what anxiety really is and uses neuroscience to explain what is happening in the brain. Very well written with lots of useful information on how to deal with anxiety and overcome it. I especially appreciate the chapter on how to retrain the brain. Very practical tips and advice!

Read This Book!
This book gave me tons of insight into understanding anxiety and panic. The best part is that it gave simple exercises to become anxiety and panic free. I would say my #1 take away from this book is; stay in the present moment, don't run from anxiety and panic, and be patient with yourself.

Makes sense
I liked this book. It's well written and gives good practical advice. Title sounds more scientific than it is. Enjoy!

Great read; informative and helpful.
I found this book to be an extremely interesting read. I didn't understand anxiety as well as I thought I did. From this book I've learned that what I'm experiencing is fear from activation of my amygdala and no amount of reasoning or rationalising will fix it. I now know what I need to do thanks to this gem of a book.

Don't even bother
It feels as if this guy googled anxiety and wrote a book with the results from this search. The advice is not scientific, not accurate and in some instances, even plain wrong. I made the mistake of ordering 3 of its (Kindle) books at once, what a waste of money.
