Our management office bought this sturdy mailbox back in August 2020, and it still looks like it was bought yesterday. Also, the customer support are pretty reliable and fast too, since they actually replied to our message on the day it was posted. Highly recommended for anyone that needs a sturdy and long lasting mailbox.

I am very pleased with this mail box. It was easy to mount. Easy to install. I misplaced the keys and the customer service got right back to me for replacements.

I bought the his to make it easy for my tenants to leave their rent checks at my residence. It locks and is secure enough to satisfy me.

I bought this mailbox to use as a drop box within my store for our team members to lodge important materials when we are not there. It was bigger than I expected, but attractively designed, so that certainly overcame the size issue. However, the reason for my less than excellent rating is due to the very poor hinges. They are not secure at all - not even slightly! The hinges are mounted with some very flimsy screws and plastic plugs combination. Completely unacceptable for our application. A screwdriver and a few turns and anyone could open the mailbox and steal whatever they wish to. In order to solve this, I had to modify the hinges, by replacing them with rivets. Which meanrlt drilling out the holes to larger size to fit an appropriately sized rivet. To make it extra secure, I used washer on the inside around the rivets before fastening them in place. Now I feel much better about using the mailbox for the intended purpose.

This mailbox went perfect wuth my house and was very easy to mount. I get compliments from all of my neighbors about how well constructed and nice it is. The mailbox holds up to the unpredictable weather and i love the lock feature.

Muy buena calidad por un costo accesible, aun no lo instalamos pero venia bien protegido en una caja y con plastico. El material se ve resistente y es un negro no brilloso, viene con dos llaves y sus taquetes para instalar. Espero perdure y no tenga fallas con el uso.
