Great Flexible Shower Hose
I have not installed this one yet, but it is replacing the exact same one I have had for 5 years. I love my current one but it is on it's last link. The nickle finish matched perfectly and was very flexible. You don't have to worry about the hose sticking out sideways from the wall. Great hose all around. Although I am more impressed with Amazon customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong hose. The model number was off by one digit from my current one. I didn't realize this until I opened it. I called Amazon and they quickly refunded my money and emailed.me a return label. A good experience all around.

Shower Head did not fit
Did not work with my shower head but the quality and finish looked great! The end was too narrow and my shower head fell though the shower attachment which could damage the tub. I had to return it.

Plastic, not metal
The original was metal whereas this is plastic. Works fine, but metal hung better.

Very pleased this works with my Grohe hand shower.
Nice length and works perfectly for my Grohe Euphoria hand shower. The hose seems to be a plastic jacketed metal hose, and while it comes out of the packaging rather tightly coiled, it relaxes to a normal "u" shaped loop after about a week of use. The brushed nickel finish is spot on with a typical big box nickel setup.

Pay for a real metal shower hose
The hose is plastic not metal, too shiny, certainly not brushed nickel, doesn't hang like a metal hose, and one of the two collars is too large and it cannot be tightened tightly to the Kohler shower flange on the wall. I was trying to save money after I purchased a $110 Kohler brushed nickel hose from Home Depot online that failed after 4 1/2 years. I could not find the proper replacement on Amazon so I gave this a try. You can't rated this 5 stars and install it in a $1M+ home. Sorry. This is great for a rental unit, but not your own home. I re-ordered the Kohler shower house at Home Depot and will learn my lesson.
