NHL Mini Hockey Set

Got this to play hockey (and other "net" sports) with my 2 yr old. It's a great little set. The net is surprisingly sturdy, but still very light to avoid any injuries. The sticks are a good size for a very small person (back breaker for an adult). They are pre-curved. One left and one right. So if you both shoot one way, you'll need another stick. The balls are fine, but kind of small/hard. I actually use different "soft" hockey sticks and balls Boston Bruins Soft Sport Hockey Set These sticks are longer (for me) and are softer for my free-swinging kids. Helps a lot to prevent shin injuries! Keep in mind that you can double everything (2 nets + 4 sticks/balls) for only about 50% more money. Franklin Sports NHL® Indoor Sport 2 In 1 Set #14213 It'd be cool to have two nets, but we don't have the room.

I played ice hockey starting when I was four. We used to go up to Canada for tournaments and tear up the hotel hallways playing knee hockey. Hockey is in my blood. Now that I have boys I am very excited to get them into hockey with me. I saw this set and thought it would be perfect for some fun in our empty living room. It is perfect! The net is well constructed and easy to assemble. The two sticks and balls seem to be high quality and I am confident they will take the abuse they are sure to receive. We've been having a blast doing shootouts and general play. The only thing is that my son likes to hold the stick upside down. I'm working on that... :)

As a mom, this is a must have for kids who are into hockey. Storage gets a little wonky, but I’m also lazy in taking it apart to put it away lol It handles kids of all ages well too! We got it for our son for Christmas and the sticks have held up despite being beat on every day 😂

Fun, durable, easy to assemble, and getting the bang for my buck. After watching Inside Out my daughter got very curious about hockey. The net took maybe 3 minutes to assemble and we were taking slap shots at the net. Easy Christmas gift for anybody’s youngins who want to start playing hockey.

Just recieved this hockey set the other day. My 18 month old son loves it!! The goal went together easily, and it lightweight so my son can move it around and flip it down and back up, which is a fun game by itself. It is small enough that it can fit in a decent size living room without being too imposing. It comes with two little sticks (one right handed and one left handed) and they are very little, but perfect for a toddler. The sticks are also high density plastic, way more durable than I expected. This also means that he will be able to inflict more damage on furnature with them! The set comes with two foam rubber balls which my son immediately tried to chew on, so i put those away and broke out some of the little plastic balls that we had laying around. I showed my son how to use the stick and ball and to shoot on net and within minutes he was hitting the ball with his stick and yelling his new favorite word is "GOAL!". I am super stocked on this purchase as it gives him something constructive to do with his love for carrying around sticks and hitting things with them, lol.

I misunderstood this product. Though it was a more adult real.life product, but it wasn't

Great little set. Sticks are solid. Would be good if it came with 2 sets of goals but still good fun for the kids! Think its good value also.

Good quality sticks, balls and net. Includes 1 right and 1 left curved stick. Easily changed with hot water. Decent price as well.
