Perfect For RGP Lenses - NOT for use with soft or continuous wear lenses!
I wish I had discovered these 45 years ago - it would have saved me a lot of eyelid pulling, wrinkles and frustration! They work great and are easy and painless to use if you're gentle and have the right lenses. These are for RGP (rigid gas permeable) lenses ONLY, NOT soft or continuous wear lenses, which might account for some people's problems with them. Without a device like this, RGP contacts have to be removed by pulling on the corner of the eyelid and blinking. With age our eyes get dryer, which happened to me, making it nearly impossible to remove the lenses by this blink method. These little suckers were a life-saver for these old eyes! I've been using them for years now and they last pretty much forever and come in individual hard plastic containers (warning - the suction cups are made of Latex!). I'm only back to order more because my cats find them fascinating and keep taking them away when I forget and leave them where my cats can see & get to them, lol! Order a 6 pack and keep spares. Make sure to put a little drop of water (or solution) on them before gently attaching to lens and slowly pull. The lens can be removed from the cup with gentle twist. They don't work when dry, as is the case with most suction cup type devices.

Work Perfectly for Gas Permeable Contacts
These things are great, and are exactly what I expected! I have been wearing rigid gas permeable lenses before I began driving, and am one of the few people who never got comfortable with flicking my contacts out like they attempted to teach me to do when I originally had my first visit years ago with my eye doctor about how to care for them. When I left - and every since then - I have kept the little suction cup that was provided and continued using it. The intent was to eventually discontinue using it, however I like using the suction cup over trying to flick the contact out of my eye, therefore I just continued using the suction cup. The problem is that these suction cups are impossible to to find, unless you go to an eye doctor who happens to keep them in their office (which shouldn't be taken for granted). Eventually the suction cup will get lost or worn-out, and you'll have to go back to the eye doctor's office and confess that you need another because you still use it! After years of relying on the eye doctor to keep these suction cups in their office, I finally thought of searching Amazon for them, since Amazon seems to have just about anything you can think of. Well sure enough I found them on Amazon, and they are also a "Prime," item, so I get them extra quick. I keep several around just in case one is lost or wears out and I don't want to wait for an order to arrive. Therefore, if you're somebody like me who still relies on using these suction cups to remove your contacts, save yourself the time and possible embarrassment of going to your eye doctor's office to get these and just order some on Amazon!

Scleral suction power!
I use these on my scleral lenses to aid in removal. The one thing I love about these is there suction power. I’ve gone through several different brands, but keep coming back to this one as they are easy to use and take with you anywhere you go because they’re size and ability to remove my sclerals.

Thank goodness for these little plungers!
I had been having a heck of a time popping one of my gas permeable lenses out. The lens would flex and go into the inner corner of my eye which hurts and is a pain to get out. Using one of these little plungers is great - just get it a little wet, slight pressure on the eye and out comes the lens! The six pack is great, too, since I can carry a couple in my purse for on the go, have one on my bathroom counter and have a few extra in case one gets lost.

Works Great
These work as well on the one I got from my optometrist when I got my scleral contact lens. I tried another brand first and they took several attempts to get to suction onto the lens. These work much better and make removing the lens a breeze.

It works
It works for removing my scleral lenses. Only negative is that it’s kinda expensive for few suction sticks.

These are amazing!
I'm 27 years old and already using scleral lenses due to my severe kerataconus. The suction in these is amazing! They make it so easy to take my contacts out without much discomfort. I have bought these in the past and loved them. You do need to replace one after a few months of use to make sure your scleral lens does out without a struggle, but do yourself a favor and buy the 6-pack to save money and time with ordering them individually. Highly recommend!

Lifesavers
I love these little plungers. I have to wear hard contacts and every once in a while, when I try to take them out, one will go off on the side of my eye. It used to be really hard to retrieve it at that point, but these plungers make it so easy. They are an absolute must for anybody wearing hard contacts.
