I loved it. Pros: Cheap Quiet!! Comfortable Foot rest Seat folds up out of the way Good size plateform (I made a shot behind my tree) Using Cabela's ratchet straps, it did not budge an inch... Ever! Cons Heavy (didn't really bother me) The inter metal parts rusted The seat material is loud sitting and standing The seat turned a purplish color. Probably only good for one or two season.

Overall very pleased. I read some reviews before buying this so I knew what I was getting. All the parts came and fit together perfectly. Directions weren't the best but if you have some common sense it is very easy to put together. Took about 20 minutes and they send it to you with about 50% of it put together already. I ordered it on Wednesday and was told it would be at my house 6-9 days later. I was very happy when it showed up two days after ordering it. The positives, Comfortable, foot rest, big platform, very sturdy, and you cant beat the price. The negative It could have better straps (no biggie, I knew this before buying it and had planned on using ones I already had), could have rust proof paint (again no biggie I knew this before buying it and coated it to prevent rust) last negative is the weight. It is not too heavy but not the lightest. I'am 29 and in average shape and have no problem hauling it around and putting it up in a tree. Looking forward to getting a few deer with it this year. I would recommend this product and planning on buying a few more. Thanks again Guide Gear.

Can't beat it for the price! It went together easily and seems well built. Was nervous about paying so little for something I'm putting my safety in the hands of, but that went away once I got it mounted. I'm 6' 200lbs and it holds me with no problem. The seat is fairly comfortable, not the best on the market, but definitely not the worst. Should have no problem spending a full day in it. The platform has enough room to stretch out a bit and stand/move around to stretch your legs or get into position for a shot. The seat will also fold up out of the way (as seen in the pic). I inspected the straps and they seem ok. I added a couple though just for added safety and because I have trust issues haha. It also came with a safety harness, which I did not expect. It's not the greatest but will suffice as a backup.

Awesome Hang On stand! Went together fairly easy, but a better instruction manual could be sent with it. Glad I am mechanically inclined! Stand seems pretty sturdy but won't know until I am up in it. Doesn't seem to make much noise(squeaks,rattling). Foot platform is pretty roomy. A better system could be designed for the seat. If you don't have straps right. You will hit the platform. The armrest pads are cheap. Those are really the only cons I have about it. The safety harness is what is! It'll be a backup to my backup plan if my harness ever goes bad. Tweak the seat, armrest pads, and you'll definitely have a 5* hang on. I'll review again once it is used in the field.

received this on the first stated delivery date, took less than 30 minutes assemble, was exactly what I expected and needed, I am a ground hunter most of the time, but this year ticks and chiggers are thick, so I wanted some just to get a couple feet off the ground, tried it on good sized hickory in my back yard , took about 2 minutes to hang, is solid as a rock, am even able to stand up, no wobble at all....what else can I say? for me the price was right, service was great !!!! have been in the woods 4 times now with this stand, is really great, solid, comfortable, takes a couple tries in hanging it , but after that is easy, I hunt ridge lines most of the time, this gets me off the ground, but not high so I am relaxed. Really a great product for the price

After getting it up in the tree, i felt very uncomfortable stepping onto the platform without first reinforcing the tree stand with a couple of my own ratchet straps. in addition to the motorcycle straps that come with it for safety i added my own ratchet straps. the straps that come with it just didn't seem to get tight enough. once secured with my additional ratchet straps it felt secure. stepping onto, standing on, and stepping off of, the stand seems to be very quiet.Nice no creeks or squeaks. Nice large standing platform. the seat that comes with it however is very noisy and loud. not able to quietly stand quickly with the seat. strongly suggest buying an after market padded seat that isn't wrapped in crunchy style plastic. However i sat in this stand for 7 hours straight and it was very comfortable. Over all for the price i would recommend for a secondary stand. Or if this just simply fits your budget really not a terrible stand. obviously there are better options, but not for the price. also all the reviews with missing parts, and drill holes in wrong locations, not an issue for me. And anyone who said the instructions are terrible, would only say that if they are idiots. its a simple suspension seat. Put the bolts in the holes, strap the seat on and its done. 30 minutes.

Easy to assemble. Seems comfortable but seat is a short. I am 5’7” 150lbs and my butt just fits with a slight modification . I added a ratchet strap under the front part of seat so I slant backwards a bit. It helped. May fit a bigger person if the tree is slanted back a bit. I would buy again for me.

They are heavy but really comfortable I had 3 now I hang them once that's it were I'm gonna hunt couple years

The guality looks good,assembling was esay, all the parts were there, I willnot get to us the tree stand until next fall but so far every thing looks good.
