I am on a grain free diet and this is a real find. It has a bit of a sourdough taste to it giving baked goods or tortillias a very nice "tang" I use it in conjunction with regular cassava flour for tortillias, flatbread & such. Slightly "gritty" so enparts a nice texture & chew.

Good Stuff
As a Nigerian student in college, it can be difficult sometimes to find the foods I grew up with. Seeing as there weren't any stores nearby my campus to purchase Garri from, I decided to order it from this company.Overall, I love everything about the grain, its color, scent, texture are all superb.Will definitely buy more in the future.
