Alright so my right arm is weird. If I do a tricep pull down with the short straight bar, my right forearm hurts. If I try to do it with the V bar, my right forearm hurts. I can only do it with the rope. I went to a gym at a resort and I found this triangle thing and tried it out and I was able to do the tricep pull down without pain. So I decided to look through the internet to find it and it took me hours. This triangle thing does not come up as a “tricep attachment” or “triangle attachment” or anything. I looked through pages of Google and Amazon and even Aliexpress and only found the generic attachments. Finally, this “tri handle” showed up in Google images which led to the Amazon listing. They really should write “tricep” somewhere in the title. Anyway, this triangle is very different from the metal V attachment you commonly see. The metal V has a flatter slope, which causes pain to my right forearm. The triangle handle has a steeper slope so it doesn’t cause me pain. It’s a great product.I subtracted a star for two reasons: 1. It’s overpriced. I can see from the comments that just two years ago this thing was under $10 each. And 2. It is made of plastic and the strap is nylon so it will break or snap over time. The metal V tricep bar would last a person a life time. This triangle attachment will have a limited lifespan. I would optimally want them to make this with a metal core, then put the plastic over it with the good grip (what it is like already) and then make the part that attaches into metal too. Then it would be a high quality product. Instead, I bought some extras in case mine snaps. It’s too bad this triangle handle is the only one of its kind that I found.

Works as described. Varied uses, from cable handle, to bands, to lifting things.

My husband and I have 2 Hobie outback’s, and the stern handle isn’t exactly what one would hope for after being on the water all day. If you see the little handle on the left.. that little thing digs in to your hand, palm and finger causing pain from a fully rigged kayak. So my husband saw these at his gym and thought they would work perfect. We got 2 of them and luckily the carabiners fit right in the spot that Hobie handle goes on. These are perfect kayak still heavy but my hand doesn’t hurt like it used to.

I've used these for pull-ups and dips, as well as for handles for improvized weights (e.g. sand bags). One of them can support my body weight (165 lb / 75 kg). They are comfortable and sturdy; hopefully they last a good amount of time. The metal rings are very thick and pose no concern - same for the carabiners, though their clip edges are VERY sharp - they obviously didn't put a radius on the edges after they were milled, so I'm hesitant to use them around fabrics or webbing. The webbing connecting the handle to the ring seems well constructed/stitched, and hasn't been a source of concern for me, so far.

No complaints. A lot of us launched into the working out at home mode in March of this year. This, some resistance bands, another longer press handle were part of the ensemble. Pick up a few anchor straps from the hardware section. Think creatively outside the box of the directions to all of these things. you can anchor to luggage racks on your suv, garage door rails, porch columns fence post. Viola, it's not the gym, but the gym is sometimes closed. Sometimes for a while it turns out. Stay safe, all

This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that would simulate triangle grip cable machine attachment used in gyms for tricep push downs. Very sturdy and works with my bodylastics bands.

It seemed well made. I wanted to use it as a one- arm handle for a commercial rowing machine, but the carbiner did not fit the holes in the rowing machine’s handle. That is not the fault of the Bionic Body product.

Great angle for tricep extension with two hands or one handed grip. I use it with a doubled over 100lb Gofit resistance tube.No complaints and its nice to be pleasantly surprised on a gamble. Don’t need any pokes from the peanut gallery like “it won’t do this, or won’t do that”. I’m a retired soldier “good once as I ever was” and either you’re gonna work out or make excuses.This is good to have.

Llegó en menos tiempo del estimado, parece un buen material, el mosquetón resultó incluso demasiado grueso para mis poleas así que tuve que ponerle otro lo que no luce muy confiable es la parte textil que une el plástico y metal, solo el tiempo y uso demostrarán su resistencia sería bueno que aporten datos sobre pruebas de soporte máximo para usarlo con más confianza o más precaucion

El agarre es pequeño y los dedos tienden a salirse de él, no es lo mejor pero funciona
