why does mine turn white and evaporate??

This is my 2nd bottle in a couple years & I've never had that happen. Are you getting a tight enough seal when you put the cap back on. Maybe store in in a cabinet & not in the light. Sorry not much help.

Will my Kera urea gel lose strength over time?

I have never noticed a loss in effectiveness.

Can this Urea gel be applied over nail polish on toes?

I'm not sure, I tried, but decided it probably would work better if I didnt apply it over nail polish. My nail thickness is under the nail.
