They seem to be of good quality
These seem to be of good quality. I haven't had to a spill to for them to soak up. so I can't say how well they absorb liquids

I will always have one !
Used when we had an oil leak on our Lexus (until we could get it in to have the oil pan replaced). It looks so neat, I just left it in place.

Not waterproof
This may be oil proof, but it isn't waterproof. I wouldn't buy it again.

Great mat for the garage
I like the larger mat for its ability to catch that occassional drip from under my older car.

Great to catch oil under car
I use this mat for a minor oil leak. Since there is about a pint/6 months I just change the mat. It works great to keep oil off my driveway. Since the wind will blow it around, I glued it to a wide board.

No drips so far. So mat is good so far. I like the ridges in the mat which prevent spills from spreading too far.
