DONT EAT MORE THAN 2TBSP IF NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE!
Had a pot (pot size provided) of the flavoured 1 and all 3 of us (adult, 9yr old+4yr old) had tummy like washing machine/tummy cramps so couldn't go to school, had "wind" then felt immediately better and off to school by breaktime! Moral of story is 2tbsp of the flavoured high sugar variety is plenty for first time users (think size of yakult...there's a reason!) Took advice and works best when sachet mixed with tepid water (hot water KILLS bacteria and dies so doesn't work) placed in the flask up to top of red contraption with boiling water then wrap towel round it for 12hrs and it's foolproof! The natural Greek is lumpy but disguised easily for kids with fresh berries. Would highly recommend. Reason for purchase was 4yr old finished course of antibiotics for ear infection and felt needed a boost of friendly bacteria :) Go for it but watch the portion size! Also fresher it is, the more friendly bacteria (from what I've read) so eat it within first few days. Lastly the flavoured ones are super smooth and the rhubarb and raspberry were like Angel delight and didn't last til end of the day!!! Mix half the fruit sachet with half the unsweetened worked well and got down on the sugar content .

Love love it
Love it glad I got it just ashame that it costs so much for yoghurt packs as I've a big family ad we do enjoy a yoghurt expeally my son would eat them all day long but they do taste really great so can't complain really

easy peasy to go
Great product. Have one in white but dropped thel lid and broke it. So bought this one to replace it. No problem with it. Was in a brown box on delivery and well packaged so no damage. Used it and all well.
