Schiff has great products and I have purchased it many times in the past. No complaints. The seller is also reliable here and I got my product quickly and at a very good price.

I had knee problems for many years. I tore up a knee at work over 20 years ago. I had torn the cartilage on the end of my femur and I had to have surgery to repair it. The repair left me with a touchy knee. Sometimes it would be fine and then I would twist the wrong way or run down stairs or do something it did not like and I would then have weeks or months of pain. Since I have been taking this particular Move Free (haven't tried the other types) and wearing super cushioned shoes, I have had a solid knee. I can hike without the super cushioned shoes so long as I don't stop taking my Move Free for too long. I run in as far as I want so long as I wear good shoes (again super cushioned are best). Another person I know stopped taking Move Free because his hands felt stiff from it. I had some of that, too, but I kept taking it and the problem went away. My knees have never been happier since my surgery. I think the Move Free and the super cushioned shoes have given my knee the chance to fully heal and now I can do whatever I like so long as I remember to take my Move Free and don't let my running shoes get worn out. Seriously! I received nothing to write this, I just know what it is like to have knee pain and hope this might help other people who have the problem.

I've used a product with Glucosamine and Chondroitin for a couple of years, but decided to try this product from Schiff instead. After a week of use, it seems to be at least equally effective for pain relief in my hips and knees. One advantage is that this is one small pill rather than two large pills taken daily. Move Free Ultra by Schiff has been around for about 6 years, and seems to be very effective.

I believe that these pills, in addition to the Schiff Move Free Plus (with MSM) - taken daily are the reason that I am 90% pain free in the knees, elbows, fingers, wrist. If I get a little lazy and miss a couple of days, I literally start to have aches in all of the mentioned locations. These pills are tiny (think a large grain of rice) easy to swallow - and - they work!

My arthritis has improved noticeably using the Move Free Triple Action tablets. The small pills are easy to take.
