A pleasingly aesthetic journal for starting a gratitude practice
I bought this after looking at the images, basically you have facing pages, morning meditation on the left, and evening reflection at the right. This is perfect if you want to set a habit (or ritual) for every morning and every evening. I think a habit is supposed to take an average of 90 days to set, so this seems perfectly geared towards that. It's undated so it doesn't one shame you if you miss a day (or more). There has been times where I may do something like write one morning, then forget it till the evening three days later, so I don't waste pages or feel bad. That's the great thing about it, it seems more like practicing, than focusing on being perfect. You can, if you wish, cross something out and make it your own. While this is a book to practice gratitude but I decided to try something different and for a week changed "What I'm grateful for" to "What I'm manifesting" just to see if that would have a different impact on my mindset. There's something about this journal that seems to encourage a bit of experimentation or making this process your own. The paper has a bit of tooth to it, for some reason that urged me to write using a mechanical pencil, I'm not sure how other writing implements fare. I love that the pages have rounded corners, kinda like a comp book does, if you hate pointy corners that jab you, this is a great thing. It's interesting that the pages have slight variations throughout, so it doesn't get monotonous or feel like drudgery. Most of the pages are a sort of ivory color, but some have a neat pinkish or bluish ombre effect. There seems to be some variability hues of the pages are applied. There are symbols or patterns near the notes section that vary both in pattern and color. There are probably patterns and repetition since it's mass produced, but it's not obvious to me at least, which makes it feel more personable. Coming from more institutionalized planners and journals, this is a nice touch. The journal is between hardcover and softcover, stiff but with a bit of give to it, not rigid, it seems less heavy than a typical hardcover. It gives me enough support to write on in my lap if I don't have a table or something to write on. It looks like they have other 90 day themed journals, I have already noted the next one I'd like to try out when I've completed this one!

Grateful for this Journal!
I just purchased my second copy of this journal. Consistently utilizing this has been life changing. It has helped me shift into a mindset of consistent gratitude and faith. Whether I have my journal near me or not, I now wake up each morning immediately noticing all that I am grateful for. I appreciate the layout for both the morning meditation and evening reflection. The meditation reflections help me be more intentional with my day and the evening reflection helps me to recognize what it is that may be brining me joy or overwhelm- setting a clearer intention for the next day. A Simple and Effective Way to Reflect
I’ve really enjoyed using this journal as part of my daily routine. The layout makes it easy to reflect on my day, both in the morning and evening, and it’s helped me focus more on gratitude and positivity. I appreciate the simple prompts that don’t take a lot of time but still make me think. It’s a great way to start and end the day with intention. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a bit more mindfulness to their life!

Great for more positive daily focus.
Fantastic reflection book. Having ADHD myself it is nice to have some direction and focus on what to write. Makes me focus more on the positive and draw that out of my daily life. Bought two more for my kids for Christmas.

Would Only Change One Thing....
I already love this journal - i've only had it for one day but I love the aesthetic and the color, its weird but having a pretty journal makes me more excited to write in it! And i think its great how it has you write in it morning and night. Practicing mindfullness like this really does lead to better days and more gratitude and intent in my thoughts and actions, really great for mental health right now especially during a pandemic! The only thing i would change (although I knew the journal wasn't like this), is having different questions to answer each day. It asks you the same 5 questions (which is still fine) each morning, so i'll probably answer different questions on my own.

Perfect Gratitude Journal
Perfect gratitude journal. I love that it has morning and evening sections, so you can start and end the day on a grateful and thoughtful note, but more than that the prompts are excellent to get your gratitude juices flowing. Highly recommend!

It is an amazing notebook that has the same 2 pages being repeated over and over again. One for the morning and one for the evening. The whole purpose of filling it out every day is to start your day with a purpose, a focus, a positive affirmation and to look at what you are excited about doing that makes your day meaningful. The evening page has a list of emotions to check on how you felt throughout the day and what you accomplished and how you felt about it, and a good thought to carry you to sleep. This book has helped me put a purpose and meaning into each day of my life, something i have struggled to do since the pandemic lockdown happened. It also helps me be greatful about what I have and what i accomplished throughout the day, i don't normally pat myself in the back, so it's a good way for me to see what I did that day and look at the emotions it made me feel. It gave me clarity as to how I feel about doing certain things. A good thought to carry me to sleep, which I think is beautiful, is a great way to keep thinking something positive when falling asleep. I recommend this book 100000%!

This journal is gorgeous!
So, I decided to make a 90 day body and mind transformation and this journal is absolutely fantastic, the cover is between hard and soft, it is really thick and the pink colour is beautiful, the pictures of the pages change and also the colour of the pages, this journal is simple but very powerful, yo write each day at the morning and at the evening, also it makes you focus on the positive things, self growth and makes you reflection about your life, if you want a self discovery or improvement I recommend this 100% also, using this while trying to loose weight helps you to stay positive, focus and motivated because the mind and the body are connected.
