This is a great product. I used to get full body waxed by a professional and decided to try and do my legs on my own to save money . This is the same product that the esthetician was using on my legs so I know it worked well with my skin. The product is easy to use. I do recommend wearing gloves and the plastic bottles are hot to the touch so maybe use a wash cloth to hold them. I also recommend buying the pre cleanser as well as the post aloe gel. My package didn’t come with the dvd but instructions were well written and I watched a few YouTube videos. Redness went away by the next morning. I don’t recommend it for private area. I will continue to use this product.

I have used this a few months now and love it! It is very hot, perfect for waxing. No mess, just a quick roll, place strip and pull. The strips are thick, and work well. I did not need the cd for info, but it a nice touch. **UPDATE** I bought the GIGI Natural Muslin Rollfor waxing. The cloth is thick and easy to cut to the lengths I wish to use. I also learned the do one whole side of my leg with one piece of the muslin: apply hot wax, place on muslin strip, rub on, pull off, move to next spot on leg and repeat. Each paper is good for at least 3 layers of wax before it becomes less adherent. The wax must be very hot to do this though. DO NOT USE after swimming or soaking. I removed the top layer of my skin on my thighs this way, which almost scarred the skin it was so damaged. It took a month to recover from that mistake!

I am LEGIT kicking myself in the face for not buying this sooner! My wax lady uses this and i'd been curious if i could just buy it and do the major parts myself (legs/arms/belly) to save myself some $ since I have to go so friggen often. I only bought it because due to COVD-19 I can't go get waxed... and I'm legit as hairy as a very hairy dude (thanks genetics...-________-) So last night I tried it... and HOLY WOW... It is SUPER easy and clean! There are still some hairs left and there was a little bit of a learning curve but once i started getting the hang of it and used to odd quirks, and getting a good rhythm down it was really simple. I also felt it was less painful than having someone else do it... maybe it was because my brain was ready for the "pain" but I have a high tolerance for waxing pain... IF you are Thinking of buying this and are, like me, not a wax professional do these things be prepared and willing to take these steps: 1. Study some youtube video's on how to wax yourself and read all of the instructions that came in the box. There are some basic waxing rules and how to's you just gotta know before doing ANY kind of waxing!!! here are a few basics: -make sure wax is appropriate temp! (on this item i put it on medium, the bottles were hot to the touch but were perfect temp on skin! DO NOT let it be TOO COOL or too HOT!) -use baby powder before waxing -do small sections! -roll wax on in direction of hair growth -pull skin tight/hold waxing strip close to wax -pull fast -pull in opposite direction of hair growth 2. DON'T expect perfection the first time! You're going to have to do some learning to get the hang of it. 3.GAGUE YOUR PAIN TOLERANCE before you buy! If you can't handle pain you MIGHT be waisting your $ but tbh this was pretty painless for me. 4. Do not expect to be able to great bikini line work with this. Use hard Wax ok!!!!! That's All! If you can do these things you're going to be STOKED to not have to shell out time and money going to the salon.

Wax Product is like crazy glue. It’s all chemical based. Any left over wax is like glue on your skin. It does not come off. I made the mistake to use soap and water to get off when I panicked and it made it worse. The product is a nightmare. Even the oil the provide doesn’t work on the wax. The wax is basically glue. Do yourself a favor and go for the natural stuff. Don’t waste your money on this.

This product is very convenient and time efficient for larger area waxing such as full legs full arms back and stomach. DO NOT use in underarms or bikini area. The wax comes out smooth and doesn't use lots of wax. The best way to clean the wax container is by using baby oil while the the container is still warm. DO NOT get baby oil on the roller (the white part). The machine itself can be easily cleaned with baby oil. Don't waste money on the wax removers. A few things I don't like.... Once you start using the roller it cools down way too fast. So you basically can't do a full leg with out getting another roller from the warmer. You just have to keep switching them out because they cool down in about 7 minutes. I wish they could create some kind of hand held warmer that will keep the wax warm while you are using it. Another thing I noticed is after a while wax will start to leak to the bottom of he warmer machine and it makes a huge mess. At first I thought the containers were too full and the wax was leaking out but that wa not the case. This is my second unit in 5 years so if you keep it clean one unit will last you about 2 years.

I just ordered this (after having seen the aesthetician using this at the salon I go to) and I'm so glad I did. I typically spend about $85 on a leg and bikini wax at the salon (plus tip), so using this one time paid for itself. Everything was included (except for a thermal sleeve, which I've contacted the seller about, but this is a non-issue), even things you probably don't need, like an instructional DVD. If you've ever waxed by sticking those "tongue depressor" sticks into a tub of wax then you will appreciate the roll on applicators. There's minimal sticky mess because you're not scooping the wax out of the tub to transfer it to your skin and there's no cooling down and placing in the microwave every other minute. I wasn't thrilled about the quality of the paper strips as they stuck to my skin more than once, although the air conditioning might have been on a little too high, causing the strips to stick. If the paper is in fact a problem, that isn't a concern either because you can easily order more paper strips from another source. I plugged in the warmer and set it on the medium setting while I was getting the kids ready for bedtime. By the time everyone was tucked in to bed, the wax was all heated up (the instructions manual says to allow 30 minutes...I didn't get around to it until about an hour later, which was PLENTY of time). I waxed my legs in the fastest amount of time I have ever done and the layer of wax was perfectly thin. I'm so thrilled about having these constantly heated roll-on applicators!

I am a Day Spa owner in Calif and I usually don't write reviews but I just had to comment on some of the negitive reviews..., I hv been using this product for over 14 years as a very busy estitician and I love it. I first purchased another brand roller unit because I am very picky with my work and like to offer my clients products you can't find in every spa and salon and that you can't just get at your local Sally's beauty supply so I would rather pay more for quality and exclusiveness but sometimes that does not always mean the best. I by chance in my early days as Esti was filling in for a therapist and she used this unit and I loved it and purchased one immediately and have been using ever since. I was using 4 different waxes at the time because every client is different so I like the variety per client needs... The more I worked with this the more I realized I didn't need some of the others and now down to 2 ... Clean n easy and ciripril blue hard wax. I'm my opinion I would say the negative comments are due to inexperience in waxing/ use of product and just mishap during shipping or maybe just the chance issue that you got a rare bad one as can happen with anything we purchase including an expensive luxury pair of shoes as I hv experienced. I honestly hv never used the heat sleeve and yes, sometimes it's a lil hot but I hv found I rather know that's it too hot to my touch and know then hv it disguised by a sleeve and burn my client. If it's too hot it will drip heavier and faster so you squeeze accordingly. If you roll it and it's too cold as happens sometimes when air cond is blowing too hard or long then wax drys faster therefore you need to do smaller sections and remove faster. One comment said the post wax oil wouldn't get it off and took over an hour then had to shower soap water ect.. I say again, silly.. As long as I hv been in business We are human and bound to Oops and I hv dropped in hair, and other unwanted areas and almost any oil with get it off but I use the ciripril Jasmine oil to remove unwanted wax. I actually do not care for their strips , I use Venetian spun strips from another company that makes a huge difference. Without a quality strip product , it can affect the outcome and user friendliness of the wax. The rollers are much faster and after using them for a couple years and finding how great their original strip wax works on fine, hard to get hair I replaced my other company strip wax to their original wax in a pot which is what's used in the rollers. Then doing brazilians ect I don't use rollers but hard wax and the clean and easy original pot. With any piece of equipment used as frequent as I , I have replaced the unit a few times over the years but it gets turned on everyday , allday and used a lot. Tho I havnt purchased this yet thru Amazon I always like to hv a backup in case it gives out as any equipment used in business or personal life.. I was shopping prices and noticed neg comments and felt lead to give my professional opinion because I would hate for them to eventually discontinue the product someday .. I tried. For months. But hard wax is so much better. Hard wax was messy so I tried this product. And tried. And tried. It doesn’t get all the hair on my face. It actually took some of my skin off. Tried turning the heat down. Still doesn’t do anywhere near as good as the hard wax. I’ll try my legs next but went back to hard wax for the face. Leave this one to the professionals.
