SteelSeries QcK Gaming Surface - Medium RGB Prism Cloth Optimized For Gaming Sensors - Micro-Woven Surface

I was originally using a 900mm x 300mm mousepad from Trust Gaming, but unfortunately it started to fray slightly around the area where the mouse was doing most of its movement (I assume because of the feet on the bottom of my mouse) - and because of this, I was finding that my mouse was occasionally getting caught on it, so I felt it was time to replace it. I had no intentions of getting an RGB mousepad, as I felt that it was a bit of a gimmick and would be a waste of money. I managed to get a great deal on this mousepad and I am so glad I pulled the trigger and went for it! I've always heard great things about the SteelSeries QcK line of pads - and I was set on buying the regular XL pad until I seen this one. I'm so glad that I went for it because it is amazing quality! The cloth surface is soft and spongy to the touch, and the stitching around the edges is really nice quality. The 2 zone RGB strip is also really bright (the colour/brightness/mode can be customised in the SteelSeries Engine software) - and the lighting looks very uniform all around (the only brighter point is around the hub where the USB cable runs from, as this is where the lighting starts). With the nicer feeling surface, I feel like my mouse accuracy has increased, and I have the nice RGB feature as a bonus. Highly recommended!

Great mouse mat. Comfortable, huge! And well made.

Soft to touch. Responsive fluid movement with my Corsair Ironclaw mouse. Exactly as expected from Steelseries. BUT! Mouse mat does not work with discord. Flashes once for notification then switches RGB colours off. And that's it. Reboot pc to turn RGB back on. Main gripe : You cannot select single colour for the RGB strip around the mouse mat. You can have breathing or colourshift ONLY. I have left mine on default blue & pink and changed my RGB's to match it now. Do not buy if you like to customise your RGB setup as you choose. After 13 months usage, the RGB around the outside of the mousemat died. Considering the amount spent on this mouse mat and that it is Steelseries, I am very, very disappointed. I would recommend you do not buy this.

Esta increíble el mouse pad, es el complemento perfecto para mi mouse, la superficie es muy diferente a los tapetes convencionales, generalmente dejan residuos debajo del mouse y con este no. La única contra que le doy es que no es perfecta la iluminación, por ejemplo selecciono el verde y por un lado es verde y por el otro azul, en el rojo-naranja y así no va a la par Pero es muy bonito y funcional.

So I love RGB stuff, I've said before I would eat it, drink it and live inside it if I could survive.....I really love this mat, there is only one thing that I wish could have been better, I'll get to that shortly. I've tried the Razer Goliathus (garbage) which sucks due to uneven waves on the mat and the light tube is of poorer quality. This mat is sooo much better and they (Seelseries) box it properly with a cardboard tube that keeps it from being mangled in transport. Lets start with the previously unknown to me issues of two color lighting: The biggest complaint for me is that the colors will blend at the right side of the mat when you use a different static color for each zone. It looks cool and all and is not a defect, nor is it the manufacturers fault either. This is a byproduct of the distance of the leds proportionate to the length of the led tube. Eventually the separate led colors meet together and boom they become a color gradient. Still though color me unimpressed with the reviewers and the articles they wrote because this color gradient is something that nobody seems to mention, other than in obscure forums in redditt, however in pictures for the marketing for this product, it is there if you look closely but it is not pointed out clearly. So two zone static colors = gradient at the end. ALSO the larger the mat the larger the color disparity or blending will be, again something I did not know. So if you buy the biggest one there is XXL or whatever it will stand out MORE. The positives are very big though and why I still love it and rated it 5 stars. When it is on a single color for both zones it is perfect and there is no issue with appearance, even the brightness is almost uniform in dark conditions albeit a bit brighter where the connection is wired (this is normal). The quality of the mat is unparalleled (as it should be for the price), seriously it is luxury on steroids. Smooth as silk and works great for its purpose as a large gaming mat. The bottom is grippy and keeps the mat in place. Steelseries did use the good stuff when they built this and so they should given their rep in the online world. Bottom line for RGB addicts like me is if you are buying this for TRON like precise two color glory, know it is not going to be perfect, if you want ONE solid color (or are into cool gradients) then this is for you.

I ablsolutely love this mousepad, it was the last piece in my steel series collection and was so happy when it arrived. The material it’s made out of is super smooth and my mouse glides beautifully. The lights are also really bright! The steelseries light app allows you to dim them and also completely customise to your liking, you can also set it to flow with your other rgb pieces given they are also steel series brand. Can’t go wrong with steel series :)
