Can repeat like another users : Water pressure worse then before installation. Followed directions to the t. Little that there were. Spent almost as much in fittings to actually install this as the booster cost. Beware of this and spend a few more dollars and get something decent. This is a horrible and useless product

Using this pump for a salon wash station. It moves water through a 12 foot pipe to the drain. Works well and is quiet

I have 2 of these already to boost water pressure to an upatairs bathroom. I ordered this one to boost an outdoor faucet. This is a really good product, however the shipping used by the supplier is slow slow slow; I ordered it July 16 and FedEx says it will be delivered Sat July 27.

just installed mine and it was very easy, a little noise but does not bother me, good pressure added to my shower, had one for a few years but another brand, I guess after a while they loose power. I have a water tank on the roof and installed this pump right next to it, has to be covered well in case of rain. hope it lasts at least 3 or 4 years! nice weight on it too.

Wires inside burned due to extreme pump heat after 2 hour of work.

Final warning folks. Buy American made products from now on. If we don't manufacture something anymore, it is time to change that. Especially when it comes to things with electronic components in mechanical devices. This product fails for being intentionally made to be of poor quality and assures that someone will need to purchase repair parts or just buy something else. My solution is going to be to strip the garbage out of it and make it work without their proprietary, subpar parts and designs. Hey China, you have been paid in full for all your garbage. Now you can keep your garbage.

Flow switch keeps turning on and off when the tap is on.

Didn't really get to use the pump as the wire connector to the pump falls out and will not clip back in and the switch pump connection leaks from the back of the connection. When I attempted to return it I found out the company I return it to is not the same one as I bought it from and the only return method is China Post. I live in Canada - absolutely not useful. Amazon says to ship it with a courier of my choice at my cost, to a the address in China, which means more money out of pocket. Not a good experience.
