Perfect for LG800 pellet grill!
My Louisiana grill gave me a mild shock when I was using it barefoot the last time I used it. (Shoes solved that problem) next time I turned it on, it tripped the GFCI immediately. A quick call to Louisiana Grills confirmed it was the igniter Rod, and a warranty replacement was shipped...7-10 days before I would receive it though. Order this one from amazon and it’s IDENTICAL to the factory one, received in 2 days. I’ll keep the other one for a spare once it arrives

Product fixed our Louisiana Grill
This product fixed our sister's grill and it is working great now. It was a great price and not too hard to install if you are handy in that way. It was a good purchase.

Original Replacement
Have owned my Louisanna Grill for 3 years and each winter inspire of being covered the ignitor shorts out.Much faster to buy this than to wait for the company to send a warranty replacement.Now have a spare on hand.

Blew up and ruined the smoker mother board on the first use
I bought this igniter a couple of months ago. The other day I finally got around to firing up the smoker. Within three minutes the igniter blew up and destroyed my smoker. It did not destroy the smoker by blowing it into pieces but fry the motherboard. I will see if I can attach the picture the metal is exploded from The Middle.

Worked Like OEM—Until It Didn’t
Works as well (or better) than OEM part and MUCH cheaper.Update: less than 4 months later, once or twice a week use, and it has pretty much disintegrated.

It works
I had my doubts, but it fit on my LG 900 and worked and did a good job. I'm impressed.Update:Bought this is in may 2020, it didn't last a yr. I was broken by Christmas, luckily I had a spare. Usually the ones I get from the manufacture lasts at least a yr. This is not the best quality.

DO NOT BUY FOR COSTCO Grill - Blows Fuses in Louisiana Grills LG 900 C1
I bought this to replace a failed igniter in a Louisiana Grills LG900 C1 which I purchased from Costco. It immediately blew a fuse and upon replacement of the fuse, it blew a second one. I have no idea the extend of the damage from there but won't buy from these guys again.
