Q: Does the bumper or light bar stick out further than the stock bumper? I plow with my jeep and can't get it if it would interfere with the plow. Thanks

I'm not sure if it sticks out past stock bumper as I didn't measure. But it I think it may stick out a few inches-so yo may have an issue with the plow.

Q: Do I have to move my brake pump canister on a 2015 for any reason to install this bumper or a winch?

It depends on the winch really. The bumper itself does not interfere with pump

Not sure. But not too much heavier than the stock bumper

Yes, you will get 8 screws (phillips) and nuts (6mm) and the factory fog lights fit perfectly. 8 main mounting bolts with nuts, washers, and locking washers are provided and require an 18mm wrench. The d-rings are also included.
