Good pole for bird feeder. Sturdy and I like the green color. One thing about installing I would like to add. Instead of digging a hole for the pole we used an auger. Had the hole dug in 45 seconds. Just a bit wider than the pole. Easy.

First off, I have to say that I'm confused by some of the reviews complaining about a lack of bird house. There's a picture of exactly what's in this box: a ground stake, two poles, a cap, and some screws. BYOBH - Bring Your Own Bird House. Also, this isn't beige: it's green.I actually bought one of these from Home Depot. They don't sell it in the store, so I had it shipped. When I picked it up, the box was wrapped in plastic and the ends looked busted open. When I opened the box, it was missing the ground stake. I returned it and opted to pay $10 more to get one from Amazon that came with all the parts.Installation was easy. I hammered the ground stake in using a rubber mallet and a piece of scrap wood to keep from bending the metal. The poles just drop in. I was able to mount my weather station to the top of this without any difficulty.The only issue I have is that the poles don't fit tight in the ground stake. In a strong wind, the pole sways. I need to find something to shim the pole with so that the weather station remains level during a storm.

Product is sturdy and solidly made. A Big negative is the loose fitting platform holder. My platform bird feeder is loose and wobbly.

The pole that connects to the mounting plate is INSANELY loose. Bird feeder is like a bobbl head. Have to go to the hardware store to get some type of rubber cylinder to go around the pole to make it snug. Overall, quality product but based off my experience and the other reviews, plan on going to the hardware store!

Overall I rated it a 4 only because I was missing a part. I had all my screws except a thumb screw… lucky I had a screw in my garage that would work! It is a nice product!

Used several of this type poles. Well- designed for implanting. Must place board between your hammer and the open pipe to prevent damage while forcing the base into the ground. After 4-5 yrs the pipe will rust at the bottom and a jumping squirrel will break the pipe.Have to replace. We enjoy watching the squirrels learning to hold the landing rail up while they get to the food. We have many varieties. The black ones learn much faster than the blonds, our unbiased observations. The feeder birds scatter food on the ground for the doves, who will not eat on the feeder. The big nasty black birds can’t get to the food and stay away, consequently we HAVE NO BIRD POOP in the feeder area, really no maintenance . See many Redbirds and Blue Jays, Finches, Nits, Woodpeckers. many species unknown. Robins will only use the bird bath. Great entertainment!

Je l'ai finalement installé dans la cour arrière chez ma fille en Octobre 2021 et les oiseaux ont finalement repérer la cabane et ils viennent se restauré.

MISLEADING!!! DOES NOT INCLUDE FEEDER!! What turned out to be what I thought was a good deal will now be costing me quite a bit more!!

Very misleading ad. Comes with pole only. Even though it says the color is Beige, to refer to the feeder, as the pole itself is black.

This was returned to Amazon because of poorly advertised description of the product.The price was only for the pole alone...no bird feeder was included.

Easy to assemble/install and reasonably stable. I like the height it makes it easy for me to remove/refill my bird feeder.
