Lightest, cleanest tasting vinegar
This is the lightest, cleanest tasting vinegar I've ever had. You will love it.

Love this cane vinegar
I lived in the Philippines for ten years and learned to cook with this brand of cane vinegar. The taste is different than apple cider, rice, balsamic, or distilled vinegars that you can typically buy in the U.S. I've bought it from Asian Groceries, but Amazon has it priced the same, so it is easy to order it here.

Leading Filipino brand
I love this brand and use it a lot. I grew up seeing this same packaging in the Philippines. Forty-eight years later, I'm now in the U.S. and very pleased to be able to buy this brand of vinegar. It's perfect not only for Filipino dishes like adobo, but for most of your cooking needs that call for vinegar: salads, etc. it's great on sautéed spinach. My Caucasian boyfriend has grown to love it too. I ask him what vinegar to use for a dish, since we have a variety, he says Datu Puti. :) Even with the variety we have, I mostly use Datu Puti.
