I recently purchased the INNOVA ITM4800 inversion table, and I have to say—it’s been a game-changer for me. I have a cracked vertebra, and this table has helped tremendously in relieving pressure on my spine. The inversion feature works smoothly, and the added heat and massage functions are a fantastic bonus for muscle relaxation. The build quality is solid, and I feel completely secure while using it. The ankle support is comfortable, and the adjustments make it easy to find the perfect angle for relief. Setup took some time, but once assembled, it’s sturdy and reliable. If you’re dealing with back pain or spinal issues, I highly recommend this inversion table. After having a severe back problem (could barely walk) and seeing the many positive reviews on this Innova model, I purchased it. I also have a shoulder injury, so was somewhat compromised during the installation. It took me about two hours to install, but was worth it! The install manual was easy to follow. If you are a woman, I would recommend having your husband or boyfriend do the installation due to the heavier pieces. Or have it installed for the extra price. All the height adjustments are easy to use to match your height and can be adjusted for more than one person. After following the instructions and reading the reviews on using the table, I started feeling relief after the third day of use. I gradually increased the incline every other day after 10 minutes of use for each angle. After a week, I'm at 60 degrees and back to walking normally. I follow up every third day. I use my smartphone and eartbuds to listen to soothing music which makes time go by faster. I like the adjustable back massager as it helps to loosen the spine and uncompress the discs in the inverted positions. I'm in my late 70s and as we grow older and don't exercise every day, the back can be a problem. I didn't use the heating element as it got too hot for me. Plus the remote is easy to use too. I agree the leg supports are slightly uncomfortable at the steeper angles, but using athletic shoes or even moccasins with socks helps. Even with my shoulder injury, I can still lift myself back to the upright position. Maybe the only dislike is the fact storing it could be a problem, but the fact it folds up sure helps! I highly recommend this model as it worked really well for me. When you look at all the different similar products on Amazon including Mr. Teeter's product on TV, this product is well built for a reasonable and lower cost. My shoulder injury requires physical therapy and the table cannot fix that. Bottom line: thank you Innova!

I need to say that this was excellent quality from an excellent brand. Easy to put together with clear directions and all the tools included. I’m having to return this however bc it hurts my ankles. A LOT! I wish I could deal with the discomfort enough to keep it, but I just can’t. I can’t fault the machine itself, but a lot of people mention the discomfort of the ankles, so I wish they could do something for this. The directions talk about your ankles having to “get used to it”, but for me it was impossible. I tried it for a few minutes a day for a week and I just knew it wasn’t for me, unfortunately. Note: Though shipping TO you is free, they charge $6.99 to return it..just an fyi.

I have suffered from chronic back pain since my late twenties and am now 65. Lower back pain has been my issue most of the time but the last few years my neck has begun to give me severe pain also. Usually a chiropractic adjustment or deep tissue massage fix me up for a while until the next time I overdue the it. I've been looking to buy an inversion table for some time now but did not know what kind or how much to spend. I did some research and found a person who rated the top ten best inversion tables he tested. He rated this one #2 which surprised me because of the low cost. However it is well built and sturdy. It did take a little time to put together but that was not an issue for me. It will fold up so you can store but no way to fasten it into that position, nothing a few Velcro strips won't remedy. I found the Lombard massage and heat pad to be a definite plus that many more expensive models don't have. And by the way this pad is removable and can be used anywhere within 10 ft from an electrical outlet. It also has several massage settings. I have been using this inversion table for 4 days now and have noticed a definite reduction in pain. I can now sleep on my back for more than 15 minutes without my hands going numb and the sciatica and the neuropathy in my feet has been greatly reduced. I stand up a lot straighter now and my overall back pain is much lower. The key to success with this product is use it in short intervals but several sessions rather than visa versa. I am still at 45 degree inversion and this works for me. The important thing is to let your body tell you when you've had enough. Typically my limit is 5 to 10 minute per session. So far I am very happy with this table and would recommend it to others. It shipped via Fed X to my home in a timely manner in good condition.

WOW! I had low expectations that this would do any good for my lower back pain but I was proved wrong. After assembly, which took about an hour with no problems (just follow the directions), I got on and felt instant relief. Started. At 20 degrees for 15 minutes, when I finished my pain level was less than 10%. While this was temporary, lasting about 30 minutes, it gave me some hope. Now, after a month of two a day treatments, my back pain has almost been completely eliminated. After a week at 20 degrees, I steppped it up to 40 degrees, and have used it here, twice daily for 15 minutes. Using the heat and massage relaxes the muscles and the relief last most of the day. Now I am using it at 40 degrees for 10 minutes then the last 5 minutes at 60 degrees. What a difference this makes in how I feel the rest of the day. I stand on my feet at work for eight hours straight, and was in so much pain I thought I would need surgery or would need to quit my job to get any respite. But after using this device for a month now, I am feeling so much better. Still not 100% but am able to complete a shift without having to take any pain medications. I can't vouch for everyone, but for me this was the greatest purchase I have ever made. I feel great and am moving like I did when I was 40. I am 60 years old and have suffered from lower back pain for years, chiropractic care and medication was my lot in life. This machine has rejuvenated my life and given me relief for the first time in years. Hope this review helps you to make a decision to try it, I love mine. My wife also uses the machine and she too has found relief. Settings are easy to adjust and easy to use. Try it, you won't be sorry.

Honestly, I find that I like this thing more than I expected. It had clear instructions to assemble in about an hour. Adjusting the height is a bit tricky, but don't worry if it isn't perfect.... you can assist with your hands using the rails easily enough. The ankle holder on this particular inversion table is ideal for me. Yes, it hurts your feet if you do it without shoes. However, with shoes on, I find it very comfortable. Moreover, the design allows you to invert on your back AND your stomach (the foam roller types might not). I don't care for the heat/vibration on the table, but I've found it to be terrific on my sofa. It's more powerful than expected, based on the number of complaints I read on here about it being "weak." Yes it just heats and vibrates, but it does that very well given the low price. I've been using this three times a day for about 10 days, and my recent back injury (that caused my first experience ever with sciatica - ouch!) is about 85% better already. I still feel the pinch on occasion, but I'm back to being able to sit while at the office, bend to pick things up, and generally function. In addition to the inversion (and heat/massage on my sofa), I also do basic back exercises and stretching twice a day. I'm hoping to be back to 100% within a couple weeks. Once healed, I still see myself using the inversion table as the stretch feels very nice. This was money well spent. Oh, there was one negative - the short handle to release the foot grips. As others mentioned, you have to contort yourself in half to reach it, which is terrible if you have a back injury. I just put a couple zipties together to make a strap I can pull on from a nearly upright position (see pic). Much better. Otherwise, no complaints.

I am in my late 50s and have sciatic problems for the last few years. Recently I also pinched a nerve in my neck which caused pain in my right shoulder and down my arm. After a week of suffering and many different treatment approaches, I found this inversion table and was pleased with the price and the reviews and I was ready to try anything. It arrived three days ago. As advertised, it was very well made and easy to put together. All parts were separated, labeled with clear written instructions and diagrams. It took 45 minutes to put together and I took my time to make sure it would be very sturdy. I spent 10 minutes on it two days ago, 10 minutes when I got home from work yesterday, 10 more minutes before I went to bed last night and 10 minutes before going to work this morning. I am not cured but for the first time in 9 days, I was able to get a good night's sleep. I can't describe how much better I feel. I didn't have to take any pain meds this morning. I will keep this up and hope to continue to improve. This was the best $134 I have ever spent. I haven't even tried the heat or massage options on the lumbar pad yet. If you are at the end of rope with back pain, give this a shot. It will pay for itself when you consider the cost of chiropractic, massage therapy and pain meds. I could not recommend it more.

I am hoping this is great for exercise and back pain relief. It was a lot of steps to put together and it took me over a hour. It is sturdy product and the fabric is smooth. The cushion is comfortable and the colors are nice. It really helps to adjust my balance and correct my posture. I can work on my legs or arms depending on where I am in pain. This has been the best equipment that has stretch out my back for comfort. I purchased this a month ago because the neurologist advised me that I had a lot of degenerative arthritis in my neck and there was nothing else they could do except sends me to a pain management clinic. They tried facet injections, and epidural injections, medications, but nothing helped. Eventually, I got tired of going to doctors and paying co-pays and just suffered with the pain. Every morning I woke up with a throbbing neck ache. I've been using it for 10 to 30 minutes a day, every day, for the past month. And I got some positive results: I no longer take the medication the doctor prescribed; Once in a while I do take a Tylenol, but not very often; still have throbbing neck pain in the morning, but not much; I can sleep better at night; and my back pain is down to a minimum. This table needs to take time getting used to. At first, I was afraid I was going to fall out and tensed up at first. But now, I am getting the hang of it, and its fine.

I suffer from low back sciatica pain. I tried another more expensive table belonging to a friend and determined I needed one. I was prepared to purchase the other model wanting quality but saw the innova table on the Amazon site for 1/3 the cost with free delivery. In addition it had the heated, vibrating lumbar support. Still skepticaI read the reviews. Most of a few hundred were 4 and 5. I figured it was worth a try. I was more than pleased. Putting it together was a bit tedious but the instructions were good and all the parts fit perfectly. It is solid and works perfectly. Best Buy ever. Thanks Amazon. Love love love the lumbar support and was pleased to see it is not battery powered. Use it every time. Several times a day. It works for me!!

Me gustó todo y a mi esposa le encanta. Lo recomendé a un familiar y se lo compró. Me calma mucho los dolores de espalda pero hay que usarlo como debe ser. Mil por ciento recomendable por el precio. Los materiales y la construcción muy sólida, el armado requiere un poco de atención y paciencia pero super fácil. Todo viene incluido, instrucciones y herramienta. Well built powder coated construction that went together easily. The Dual "U" cups for your feet are more comfortable than only having them on one side. It does fully invert and will lock there while you do some stretches and exercises, and the 20/60/80 lock stops are great for working your way up to full inversion. The heated massage pad is great! It has dual motors left/right, with heat being in the middle. It does come with an adapter with a very long 12 foot cord, so don't worry about the "no batteries" in the description. The auto mode cycles through different patterns of L/R--L/R/L--R/L/R along with just L or R pulse/full, and of course both on. You can manually select and hold a pattern if you really like a certain one. There are three levels of intensity, the highest is pretty strong. How it attaches to the table is by two wrap around flaps. So it can be taken off easily to use while sitting or laying down too. So far using inversion therapy has helped my triple bulging discs(two below and one above a Harrington bar[5 vertebrae fused with 3" bolts]). So if you're looking for relief for yourself or a loved one this is a great purchase. Thanks for reading.

Maravillosa!!!!!!! Se necesita herramienta para apretar las tuercas, yo sólo usé una medida de esa caja de herramientas. También usé el atornillador eléctrico para apretar los tornillos. Enteramente vale la pena. Al momento estaba teniendo mucho dolor por dos hernias que tengo en la columna, sólo la he usado tres veces y ya siento alivio. Consulten con su doctor primero pero a mí me está funcionando increíblemente bien.
