Great size for price
This is the second 1 of the these I've owned...in two different vehicles. My kids love the screen size and the way it can pivot. They also love being able to play video games on really long trips and it was extremely easy to install. Although the directions are terrible and need a good overhaul. But there is a good Youtube video on how to install. I am not electronically inclined and I found it easy to install.

Great price, decent product.
The first unit broke instantly. The clasp that holds the screen up popped off the first time we closed it, the design is a little iffy. Amazon replaced it immediately. The second one has held up thus far. The screen itself does not open far enough for everyone in the back of van to be able to see it clearly. There is no bezel with this television. We had to figure out a way to make it works (as the ceiling in the van is not flat). We called the company to buy a bezel for it, they said the did not make a bezel for any of their t.v.s. On an up note, our IR headphones work great with this unit (we have 3 kids watching it). The unit we had in previous to this didn't work well with the headphones. The picture is great. Overall I would say it was a pretty good unit for the price, I would certainly ask the company to look into doing a bezel for it though, the cosmetic would be much better.

BAD. DON’T BUY!!
Update: 5 months later and monitor leave streaks. Uh-watchable. Minimal usage and not abused. Checked wiring and settings, no change. Waste of money. You get what you paid for. Don’t buy.The picture quality isn’t the greatest or brightness but it works for my kids. Wiring is straight forward. Like the big screen. This is just the monitor, it doesn’t have a built in DVD player but I already have a DVD head unit that was connected to the monitor.

very pleased
So I got the product on time and I put it right in. I really like it, the picture is great at night an if u got tinted windows during the day, but the one flaw is the release button it is very hard to unlock to drop the screen. But other then that it is a steal. For that price and that size u cant beat it and it is easy to install. The only thing u will need to buy is the RCA cables. I would recommend this product. ........

Pretty good!
This screen is huge! I installed it in my 2004 Acura TSX for the kids. Got some it headphones that my dad never used from his Avalanche and they worked perfect. I tested it with an old wdtv and the picture quality wasn't great but that might be because of the wdtv. I ordered a hdmi converter to test and apply and a Roku and a fire stick. Will be here anyday so I will update this post soon. Now for some pros and cons.Pros:Easy to mount. Just mount the mounting plate first then screw in the monitor. Easy enough to.Electrical was straight forward, just hide everything in ceiling and along the insulation to the fuse box. I used a fuse tap to power it (monitor needs 12v)Turn on and enjoyThe cons! The material is a cheap plastic but as long as you take care of it everything will be fine. The locking part that locks the screen up and releases the screen to come down is fragile. So remember to push the screen up and then push the button to release or to lock. Letting the button snap and un snap will wear n tear quickly. Hence the cheap plastic. Same when locking it up. Push n hold the button, move screen closed then release the button to lock it.Video quality is ok but like I said I will update it with pictures by this weekend.Overall it's a great project if u want to add a cheap monitor to ur car.Update!: ok so I got a chance to connect the roku Apple TV and the fire stick and I decided to stick with the roku stick since my daughter use that in their room sometimes. The picture quality isn't great but when your watching Annimation it doesn't really matter. It looks pretty damn clear. But when viewing the menu u can tell the quality is a little fuzzy. But it works great. Works really well with the IR headphone. I kept getting tons of static when I used the headphones and I'm thinking it's from my hdmi to rca converter because it didn't to that when I tested it with the wdtv that already had rca outputs. No problem tho I used a ground loop for the sounds and now everything works great and the girls think I'm super dad!

I love it
I bought this on a Wednesday. It came that same week on Friday. Got it installed and I love it.. great tv for the price.. I was skeptical because of the reviews but bottom line... let the professionals hook it up and you won't have any problems..

I love the fact that in swings down so u can ...
I bought this to replace my broken DVD player in my suburban.I love the fact that in swings down so u can place the disc in then flip back up to view.No worries about bad discs getting stuck inside like the one I replaced.I also love the wireless headphones so I can listen to my music and the kids can still hear their movie.
