Use this on a hitting tee. Also how to square the bat to the ball with your strong hand. Make sure when you are training the bat sweeps the zone and ball pushes forward and not to the left. That will indicate the trainee is pulling everything. It will be hard at first but worth it in the long run. Also teach how to shorten the swing for better zone coverage. I hope this helps.
