Review: Great for putting you back to sleep without being groggy the next day - This product is so helpful. It doesn't make you feel drowsy in the morning, and if you wake up in the middle of the night, you don't have to go through the "how many hours do I have left for sleep? and will I be able to wake up for work if I take this?" decision tree. I work crazy hours and am a terrible sleeper, so I constantly have to decide if I take a sleeping aid; will I be able to wake up on time for work? Or should I just stare at my clock for the next few hours, waiting for my alarm to go off? Melatonin in particular tends to be the worst for me; I always feel like a zombie the next day, so I typically avoid it at all costs. However, this product is fantastic! It tastes fine, it dissolves quickly under your tongue, and it knocks you out just as quickly. The best part, though, is that because it's such a low dosage, you can take it in the middle of the night with only a few hours to spare, and you don't have to worry about waking up groggy the next day.

I have tried several Melatonin based sleep aids and NONE works like this one . I’m a nightshift worker and need my sleep . According to my Fitbit sleep analytics my sleep with this sleep aid is in the “ good” range and I get at least 7 hours of sleep. That’s great as without it I’m in the “ fair” range and only get between 4 and 6 hours. Definitely a great product that doesn’t make me feel groggy after use and the taste is very nice as well! 100% recommend this product!!

I suffer from severe insomnia.. not a lot works, including prescription medications. This stuff knocked me out, I only woke up once throughout the night (usually it’s about 5 times) and I woke up not feeling too groggy. Will continue to repurchase!
