It worked perfect for my application of replacing a bent hinged square bar on a hitch rack. Some drilling for the bolts to the platform for it and it is now better than new

Perfect
Purchased a 'Bed Extender' for my pickup. The box had been torn and was taped up so thought nothing about it. When I finally opened it the mail part that goes into the receiver was missing. It was too late to return so purchased this and it works perfectly. Drilled my own holes to place bed extender exactly where I wanted it.

Best for Jeep Wrangler with spare tire!
I got that to replace a hitch end that came in with the basket. The original hitch insert was 28-7/8" long which wouldn't fit with the spare tire because of the basket wall, so I got this and it cleared the spare tire by a few inches. Just because it has a few minor rust, doesn't mean it is bad, you only just either have it powder-coated or spray automotive rubber underlayment before installing it. It is best to drill the holes for the basket part first before spraying.
