Nice Placemats
I LOVE these placemats for managing the "heat" of the dishes. However, they do not prevent water from getting through. I use a set of cloth placemats below each one and I like the look and the protection for my table.

Great color but they unravel a white thread. You need to stay on top of cutting them or you loose the whole beautiful impression that these make.
