Q: Will it work with the Raspberry PI 3?

Kind of. I have a good logitech controller and this one as a second controller. It only works if the other controller does all of the work. I can set a game for two players and when the second player's turn arrives this controller is able to function. Need to configure it so that the button does "B". Can't play with only this controller since there is no "start" or "select" or nothing else.

Q: I bought this for my windows pc, but i'm wondering is there a way i could also use it with my ubuntu pc?

Yes, we have used it on Ubuntu 14.04 with no problems... as most usb controllers will.

Q: Will this work with Xbox One usb port?

i found it to be absolute crap - i could not get it to work at all - and tossed it in the recycling
