How do I activate the software? I purchased but didnt get a software licence code and the serial number on the package does not activate the license.

You can contact the seller to provide you with the license code , no way to activate the application without the license code

Do you provide the lab or rgb or hsv values of the colors?

Lab values are in the advanced info for the product (somewhere!) but you might need to contact Datacolor support if you can’t find them.

Does anyone know the reflectance values of this card?

There are L*a*b* values for these targets from a 45*/0* spectro, if that is what you mean by reflectance values.
