Poor packaging damaged pins

Very nice pins, and fast delivery, But, pins packaged in soft flimsy envelope. The prongs on both, cpr save pins, were bent. I used pliers to straighten the prongs. This will make the pins weak and eventually they will break off. Too bad to ruin quality pins with poor packaging.

Cheaply made

This arrived today. I go to place it on my vest and one of the pins falls off. Never had this problem before. I think a faulty one got past QA.
