After the drought this summer I thought I'd have to regrow the entire lawn, so bought this seed in advance. After one day of (very welcome) rain I lightly scarified the lawn with a rake and threw some of the seed down to see what it would do. After one week it seemed to be growing, so I threw the rest of it down and boom! New lawn in just four weeks..! I literally did nothing with it other than breaking up the surface and chucking the seed down - I didn't even net it to keep the birds away, it just grew! I mowed it for the first time since April a couple of days ago and even the tricky bare spots from before have gone. I'm genuinely amazed at how good this seed is, and I've tried so many in the past that promised so much and delivered very little. P.S. the dog is fine, he was doing his best wheelbarrow impression across the garden for reasons best known to him...
