Upsher-Smith AmLactin 12% Moisturizing Lotion - 567 g / 20 oz

I first came across this brand 5 years ago when researching KP solutions and it was among a dozen KP related products (lotions, soaps, creams etc.) I've tried over the years. One thing I've learnt is that there is no magic product that will miraculously clear KP - for example, I currently manage mine through a combination of diet and skin care. This one is really good for moisturising my extremely dry skin and has lactic acid in it which is effective in managing KP. I'm quite happy it's available for purchase in India!

Great product! It works very well for my Psoriasis, takes care of the thick scales and itching. It is absolutely fragrance free and non-irritating unlike the prescription grade 12% Ammonium Lactate lotion available in India.

Did not work for KP. It's good product for dry skin but doesn't work for KP much. And it also makes your skin very very sensitive and red. If you are using it with some exfoliator for KP, then it probably might work.I have been using this for over a month now, it has not helped clear KP. But it has definitely made my skin smooth, soft and clear.
