Broken in 2 months
Bought for personal use in the office. I grinded 4 color pepper corn with it about 2-3 times a week with the knob fairly loose for coarser grinds. In just under about 2 months, I could no longer feel any friction with my turns and the grinder could no longer work. Tightening the knob did not help and the only friction i could feel was when the knob was turned so much the ceramic plates were grinding against each other.I expected a cheap grinder considering the price so the unfinished wood isn't too much of a bother, but this is absolutely terrible quality.

Perfect
I absolutely LOVE the little shovel that came with this. It makes it so much easier to get the peppercorn in. I love the design and it is very well built.

Sorry, this is crappy
The wood is cheap, barely finished, and the mechanism does not change the coarseness, which is kind of the point. We sent it to the Goodwill with a warning note attached. I don't like to be negative but this is seriously junk.

it crushes the black pepper finely you can smell the aroma it gives. the capacity is big enough to put a lot of black pepper inside it, it comes with its own brush helps for cleaning, and scooper to easily fill up, it looks cute too. i just hope it last longer.

Broke in a few weeks, hardly used!
Nice appearance, but broke within the first month. Hardly used it. We tried to see if there were any mechanical issues and nope - it's just simply a piece of junk.Won't be buying anything from this vendor again. Def worth an extra $10 elsewhere.

Excellent grinder
I normally have a difficult time finding a grinder that can be adjusted to grind pepper coarsely enough for me. The grinder works perfectly. I really didn't need all of the extra cleaning brush, but it works fine.

Built well, looks good.
The size and finish is as statedin on the website. Has ceramic grinders with a stainless steel lockdown. This 10-in peppermill actually holds more than I had anticipated for its size.

Don't buy this!
Picture of the product shows two brushes and a scoop. But there was nothing in the packaging! Returning this!!
