I had my hip replaced earlier this year and part of physical therapy was learning how to go up steps again. This step had the different height adjustments that I needed so I bought it. It is very stable, light weight, slip resistant and nice and wide, just perfect for daily exercises. I still use it for daily exercises, even though my hip is healed.

I love this stepper because I can use it any time to help strengthen my bones. I can hop up and down with outs lot of noise.

I bought this for my home gym and it's exactly what I needed. It's easy to assemble and no tools required. Everyone can assemble this with no problem. There are 2 sets of legs that came with it to adjust the height and they can be removed very easily as well. The product is sturdy but I wish there were additional rubber footing for more grip especially when using it on a hard floor. It can also be used for inclined pushups or a for dumbbell press. Overall, it's a good product.

Stays put, sturdy, use it more than stepping, (abs, weight lifting, etc.) Hides nicely in mud room.The thing is....it wont use itself.

Even if you're lazy as me and never use it for exercise (I swear I will someday soon) you'll find plenty of other uses for this light and sturdy little bench/platform thing.
