This was a gift for my father as it was one of his first colognes he got himself when he was in New York and was never able to get another bottle of it. It's a lovely masculine and clean scent that appears to be very versatile in where it can be worn. The bottle size and style is both timeless and will last my father a long time.

A great scent - my favorite for 50+ years

Grey Flannel. A cologne that made female teachers turn heads back in high school. It was pretty costly back in the day, so imagine my surprise finding it 20 years later on Amazon for 20 bucks. A distinctly masculine scent, the scent starts off harsh but mellows out over time. The only downside is it doesn't have an atomizer. A must have in every man's cologne arsenal!

Just as good as it has ever been. Sprays nicely and the aroma lingers for hours.

Love this brand better price than the stores

I accidentally bought the splash bottle of this cologne around 2007. I didn't like the fact that it didn't have a sprayer. The top notes was a bit harsh but I loved the base notes of the cologne. It lasts the whole day. After some years I totally forgot the name of the cologne and have been looking for it until I saw it here. The cologne I bought here has a sprayer which is good, but does not have the base notes I loved. It basically smells same all through and can last up to 8hrs. I want the one I once used with those soft base notes.

Vorab eine Warnung: es handelt sich bei dem Produkt um ein EdT SPLASH - das heißt: es ist kein Spray! Also entweder vorsichtig dosieren, oder in einen Sprüh-Flacon umfüllen. Mit vorsichtig genießen ist gemeint, daß der Duft sehr intensiv ist und lange anhält. Wer den Duft noch nicht kennt, wird beim Schnuppern an der Flasche bestimmt denken "Hui, das kommt aber seifig rüber!" - und: ja, der erste Eindruck ist Vetiver. Etwas grasig-seifiges. Der zweite Eindruck nach dem Auftragen auf die Haut (bitte wirklich nur jeweils ein Tropfen in jede Armbeuge und bitte nicht verreiben!): sehr blumig und fruchtig, intensive Veilchen und frische Limone. Erst nach etwa einer Stunde entwickelt sich schließlich die holzige Herznote mit dem Eichenmoos. Das wirkt auch manche Leute vielleicht etwas altmodisch, aber der Duft ist ja schließlich auch in den 70er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts kreiert worden. Wer geduldig darauf warten mag, bis sich die Basistöne zeigen (das Gesamtkunstwerk braucht seine 2 bis 3 Stunden), wird je nach Hauttyp mit einem spannenden Konzert aus süß-sauren Noten und harmonisch milden Gartennelken belohnt. Das riecht dann schließlich nicht nur klassisch, sondern auch nach Klasse. Insgesamt begleitet einen dieser Duft bei sparsamer Verwendung mindestens 8 Stunden täglich und die ganze Flasche hält erstaunliche 60 Jahre. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist genial. Nirgendwo sonst gibt es ein derart hochwertiges Produkt zu einem dermaßen niedrigen Preis! Flasche und Design: schlicht und elegant, im netten grauen Beutelchen mit Zugband - sehr dekorativ im Bad. Empfohlene Altersgruppe: sicherlich erst ab 30 - aber gern auch früher, wer es sich traut. Verpackung und Versand: das sicher verpackte Fläschchen kam super schnell, bereits am nächsten Werktag an. Yıllardır kullandığım bir koku orijinal olduğunu düşünüyorum . Tabi ki garanti veremem ama sahte diyenler olmuş ,fiyatı o kadar makul ki sahtesini yapmaya değmez diye düşünüyorum .
