My fish seem to like the food, I love the larger size container they come in which you can never find at a box store or as many options as this manufacture offers. I never knew about cold weather food or warm weather food, and they even have additional foods that have supplements for the fish. Makes sense these are offered for dogs and cats, but I have never come across specific supplemental foods for Koi. I am very impressed with this manufacture of fish food and appreciate the option to give something extra to keep my fish healthy. Best of all it's made in the USA!!!!

This is an excellent food for colder weather (until the water is below 45). I've been using it for about three years, and have never lost a fish over the winter. The koi will eat anything, but they seem to like it, and it does not cloud the water when you don't overfeed. I feed 1-3 times per day, as much as they will eat in about 5 minutes, which I estimate to be about 1/4 to 1/2 cup each time for about 30 medium to large koi and a small turtle. They eat less as the water gets colder, so I adjust accordingly and space the feedings out to 1-2 times per week as it gets colder, feeding less each time, until it is too cold to feed them.

Great transition food from fall to winter and winter to spring. Too cold where I live to feed my koi but I suspect it also a great winter food where appropriate

We use the Eco Labs Koi pond food exclusively in our pond. The Koi along with the goldfish love it. I highly recommend this product. We have used it for years
