Levi’s Women's Melanie Newport Bomber Jacket (Regular & Plus Size)

Love the color, love the style, love the material great to handle windy days on vacation. The only minor issue is that it fits perfect with light shirts, fits a bit tight with heavier type of shirt, the jacket material has no give. I live in warmer weather so a light shirt is fine.

I love this jacket. It is perfect for the cool spring days in NJ. Pocket interior also nice if my hands get cold and love a zipper pocket if you have to run out to hold keys and/or wallet.Per the reviews I ordered a size up, typically a XL for shirts I am too heavy and ordered a XXL. Fit great. Jacket is also easy to fold and store in a large purse or back pack (eg small sling) if needed.The only change I would suggest are to use curved rounded zippers instead of the pointed curve edges. Sometimes they tilt and get stuck in a side ways position and I can’t zip or unzip without fixing first. Other than this feature very happy with the jacket.

This coat is darling!! It does run small though. It’s a bit tight in the shoulder/armpit area on me. I’m an xs in Levi shirts, a medium in Levi jean jackets and a small in Levi cotton coats. I bought a small and it fits good, just a tad tight if I reach or move my arms a certain way. I feel like it would’ve been too big if I got a medium though; however if you are planning to wear a thick hoodie or sweater with this coat you MUST size up!!! I’m small everywhere...32b chest, 5’3” and about 113 pounds. I’m happy with the look and craftsmanship of this coat. The zippers are big but not obtrusive and I think it’ll be a great, light rainy or windy day wear :)

I sized up to Medium as other suggested. It still fits somehow tight, the back seems to be too narrow but the front has enough room to feel as a good fit. Is somehow too fitted on the upper arms. I don’t think will fit well over a sweater, I plan on wearing it above freezing anyway. To me, I’m 5.2, is a bit too long at sleeves, maybe 1 in too long. I ordered emerald and is gorgeous. Fabric is heavy enough to keep me warm, the zippers are cool, look heavy but they are not. I like the look of it, is very modern, the jacket is balanced. The quality is very good, I can’t find anything wrong with it. Levi’s still rocks. I’m glad I bought it, I loved it immediately. I think the only way to know if it fits is to get it. And the price was unbeatable.

Looks perfect with slacks, jeans, or workout gear.

Over a year after purchase review: Jacket is stylish but almost impossible to wear. Since purchase I may have worn it twice (if that). It doesn’t breathe at all. Interior and exterior materials are awfully synthetic. 3 stars for style only

Great bomber jacket. On trend, nice touch with the zippers. Fabric is nice and it fits true to size. It's a lightweight material so good for Fall or layering in winter, but not as a winter coat.
