This product tastes great. Very easy to use. I can not say whether or not it works well as I have no way of measuring that. So as long as the doses are correct as listed, I don't see why its not working!!Great way to take vitamins as you bypass the stomach, so absorbs straight into your body. Love the taste. I am not vegan but I am vegetarian, so ensuring I have all the vitamins I need is important to me. Especially as quite a few covid-19 patients seem to be deficient in vitamin D!!

I bought this product to increase my vitamin D and having recently decided to be vegetarian I thought the additional vitamins would be helpful in this blend. The product has been tested In university clinical conditions and the fact that it’s a spray and much more absorbable was also a great feature for me. The taste is less berries and more metallic tasting but it’s effective and there are worse tastes. Despite the slightly odd flavour I would still recommend this product

It's a great supplement and the initial taste is great, but I'm left with a lingering aftertaste of iron, which tastes awful. It tastes blood-like, so it's quite unpleasant for me. If you're also sensitive to tastes, this might not be great for you. Although, this is probably to be expected of an iron supplement, but it's still unpleasant.I've only been spraying it in my cheek, as advised on the packet, but I'll try under my tongue and see if that changes anything.

I’ve bought the vegan spray many times. I now get it from my local health-food shop, and apart from the first two times I’ve bought it the spray, it has stopped working every single time. I kept the first two spray bottles as I wanted to use them for other things but I switched over the spray tops into the new bottles and they worked for a time but even they’ve stopped working. When I try to pump the spray it won’t depress due to resistance. I’ve tried to unblock it but it never works. I thought at first it was just a one-off but it happens far too many times. It’s definitely a production problem. It tastes pleasant enough and it’s a very convenient spray to have as it contains just the bare essentials for a vegan. They seriously need to make the sprays work better.

I’m not actually vegan but I find this combination of vitamins in oral form helps with fatigue. I feel like I notice a change for the worse when I haven’t taken any for a while.

Fantastic product! Vegan and has B12 which everyone needs to supplement, not just vegans... also has iron, iodine and most importantly vitamin D which is essential to supplement with in Winter. So easy to use, quick sprays inside cheek or under tongue. Love this!!!!

except for the first one I bought. Every single one since has a broken spray bottle I’m really fed up with this now. It’s not fit for purpose if I can’t spray it. I will try to buy one as have loads of it now but doubt I will order anymore nowCorrection: I put the whole squirt head in hot water and sprayed and this cleared the blockages. Seems the liquid can solidify in the tube blocking it, after a few sprays it works again. Hope this helps
