Accurate!
Over many years I've had several different blood pressure meters. They all had two things in common; they weren't accurate or repeatable. Not so with the ADC. I live in a Vet's home with attendant staff & support, to include regular checking of my BP by the staff. The ADC meter always with the very expensive, professional grade meters within 5 points. Do you need any more data than that? Thank you ADC!

Just okay and not always reliable.
So far, the majority of the time I get accurate readings. However, wrist cuffs are extremely finicky and give false readings if the patient isn't positioned exactly right or moves. It's especially difficult with the elderly population because they get tremors or can't always hold their wrist in the correct position. Another con is that the material that touches the wrist is a type of nylon fabric. It's gotten snagged on the velcro and seems as though it could harbor bacteria. I clean it often with alcohol-based antibacterial wipes, but I don't know how much it helps. It would be great if the cuffs were a vinyl or antimicrobial material. For now it's doing the job, but I may invest in a different model soon.

Disappointing
I got this even though many said they have trouble getting accurate readings, since others have said that if you follow the instructions it works fine. Well, I follow the instructions exactly, and get crazy fluctuating results and incorrectly elevated readings. Another downside is that you have to sit still for at least two minutes before taking a reading. This is not the quick, convenient and accurate BP monitor I hoped it would be.

Wrist Blood Prssure Cuff
This is my first wrist blood pressure cuff and performs as expected. I do not have a means to check it against other machines for accuracy, but will do so at my next Dr's visit.

Does not work properly.
Do not order this. I kept getting very high readings. Took it to my cardiologist to compare and he said the wrist monitors are not reliable. He to told me to throw it away or send it back if I could.

Accuracy and Time
I'm going to say, this is an OK monitor. I'm going to take it with me when I go to myNephrologist. To see how accurate it is.More to come, I will post my findings.

Inaccurate
I received one from my company's healthcare provider. After using it for a few days, it consistently showed my blood pressure in the 160s/90s. Naturally, this scared the heck out of me!Later, I went to a cardiologist, and the nurse used the old fashion blood pressure monitor which she claimed in more accurate. This time, my blood pressure was 120/76! That was consistent with my past readings over the years.Later that day, I bought a highly recommended monitor that you use on the upper arm. I have been using it twice a day for a week, and my blood pressure readings are consistently in the 120s/low 80s range. For me, I don't trust the Advantage monitor. If you have one, I recommend taking a blood pressure reading on the same day of seeing a doctor so you can judge the accuracy. If you don't have the monitor, I advise spending a few more bucks (or use your Pay Flex card like I did) and buy a highly recommended monitor that you can use on the upper arm.

inaccurate
do no buy if you want to get accurate monitoring. Bought for my mother then tested against my office machines on 5 different staff. Wildly different readings in my medical practice with directions followed to a T. Better to go to walmart or walgreens and get it checked than purchase this device.
